According to the method provided by the invention, the solution is in contact reaction with oxygen, so that the organic matters in the solution are decomposed to generate CO2 and H2 and the organic matters are decomposed and removed, and therefore, the production cost is lowered; the magnesium ions in the solution are removed to avoid zinc deposit residues.
