TL;DR: In this article, a new entropy-cloud approach is formulated to obtain more objective and accurate reselection results, which comprises three phases: Entropy Method is used to obtain the weight of each subcriterion during Phase 1, then cloud model is designed to form the evaluation cloud for each sub criterion during Phase 2, and finally during Phase 3, weight during Phase 4 to multiply the initial evaluation cloud during Phase 5.

TL;DR: A RDGTS accident happened in 2001 is analyzed and results show that TouchGraph and NetMiner can present the same interactions and importance of sub-risk factors (or sub-headings) through visible circle images in the platform, NetM Miner is more digital because the results can be presented as the centrality degree values.
