The invention discloses a high-speed parallel down-conversion FPGA data processing system and method in vector signal analysis. The system is composed of an analog front-end device and an FPGA digitalsignal processing platform. The analog front-end device carries out multi-channel parallel data acquisition on an inputted intermediate frequency signal and transmits the collected parallel data anda data clock signal during parallel data acquisition to the FPGA digital signal processing platform. The FPGA digital signal processing platform carries out multi-channel parallel crossed mixing on the received parallel data and the data clock and processes the data after crossed mixing into serial data. According to the invention, down conversion of the multi-channel high-speed parallel signal isrealized by using the multi-channel parallel crossed mixing method, so that conversion from the parallel data to the serial data is avoided; and real-time signal processing is carried out.
