PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a conventional information processing system using a cache is not appropriate for realizing real time processing while exchanging instructions. SOLUTION: A program is divided into certain end batch units, and instructions necessary for each of those divided units are preliminarily downloaded from a main storage memory to a cache before they are executed by a processor so that miss-hit can be reduced. Also, when the miss-hit occurs, an application program is switched so that miss-hit penalty can be concealed, and that the operation rate of a program can be improved. Thus, real time processing is realized while exchanging the instructions. The figures are hardware constituting figures to support the realization of those functions. The invention discloses a system and method for recycling tetrafluoroethylene pyrolysis gas heat energy. The system comprises a steam generator. A first inlet of the steam generator is connected with a pipeline for conveying pyrolysis gas. A first outlet of the steam generator is connected with a pipeline for conveying steam. A second outlet of the steam generator conveys the cooled pyrolysis gas to a heat energy recycling device. The pyrolysis gas continues to be cooled through desalted water, and the heat energy recycling device conveys the cooled pyrolysis gas to a cooler. The heat energy recycling device conveys part of the heated desalted water into the steam generator after the dissolve oxygen in the heated desalted water is removed through a deaerator, the other part is conveyed to heat use equipment through temperature adjustment equipment, cold water generated by the heat use equipment and desalted water from a public pipe gallery are conveyed to the heat energy recycling device through pressurization equipment, and hot water is produced continuously. A two-stage recycling method is adopted, so that the tetrafluoroethylene pyrolysis gas heat energy is completely absorbed and effectively recycled, and the production cost is reduced after the heat energy is applied to a production process.

The invention is suitable for the removal of reaction heat of a methanol synthesis tower used in a methanol production process through carbon monoxide and hydrogen synthesis. With a waste heat boiler manner, heat exchange effect is poor; synthesis tower investment is high; means of regulating synthesis tower bed layer temperature is monotonous; synthesis tower service life is influenced by scales on deoxygenated water pipe wall side; and methanol synthesis device scale expansion is restricted by low removal speed of reaction heat. The invention aims at solving the above technical problems. According to the invention, high-pressure deoxygenated water enters the methanol synthesis tower, such that reaction heat in the synthesis tower is removed; after heat exchange, temperature-increased high-pressure deoxygenated water is cooled in a condensation cooler, and enters a high-pressure deoxygenated water tank; and recycling is realized through pump delivery.

After heat exchange with high-pressure water heater, out-tower gas heater and high-pressure water preheater, synthetic ammonia or methanol gas at 290-340 deg.C is cooled to 50-60 deg.C. The desalted and deoxidized water at 5MPa or more is heated to more than 250 deg.C by said preheater and heater and the synthetic raw gas is heated by out-tower heater and then passed into synthesis tower. The hot water at more than 5MPa and 250 deg.C is pressure reduced flashed to provide steam and hot water to different processes.
