A novel metabolic pathway was designed for the produc tion of 3-aminopropionic acid (3-AP), an importantplatform chemical for manufacturing acrylamide and acrylonitrile. Using a fumaric acid producing Escherichiacoli strain as a host, the Corynebacterium glutamicum panD gene (encoding L -aspartate- α -decarboxylase) wasoverexpressed and the native promoter of the aspA gene was replaced with the strong trc promoter, whichallowed aspartic acid production through the aspartase-catalyzed reaction. Additional overexpression of aspAand ppc genes, and supplementation of ammonium sulfate i n the medium allowed production of 3.49g/L 3-AP. The 3-AP titer was further increased to 3.94 g/L by optimizing the expression level of PPC using syntheticpromoters and RBS sequences. Finally, native promoter of the acs gene was replaced with strong trc promoterto reduce acetic acid accumulation. The invention relates to a method for cyclically producing taurine at a high yield. The method includes the following steps that S1, ethylene oxide reacts with a sodium hydrogen sulfite solution to generate sodium hydroxyethyl sulfonate; S2, sodium hydroxyethyl sulfonate obtained in S1 is subjected to an ammonolysis reaction in ammonium hydroxide, flashing is carried out after the reaction is completed, and ammonia gas is recycled; S3, taurine-containing feed liquid of reaction liquid obtained after flashing in S2 is collected through an acid cation exchange resin column, the resin column is regenerated with a sulfur dioxide or carbon dioxide water solution after being inactivated, and eluant obtained during regeneration can be directly reused or reused after being treated with sulfur dioxide; S4, the feed liquid collected in S3 is subjected to after-treatment, and taurine is obtained. The method has the advantages that the generation amount of waste liquid in the whole process is small, part of substances are effectively and cyclically utilized in the process, the cost is reduced, the yield of taurine can reach 90% or above, meanwhile, the production process is relatively simple, and large-scale production is easy.

PURPOSE: To efficiently purify taurine obtained by an organic synthetic method and useful as an antidote in high purity by treating taurine with a strongly acidic cation exchange resin in purifying the taurine from a synthetic reaction mass. CONSTITUTION: After taurine is synthesized by an organic synthetic method the synthetic reaction mass containing taurine is treated with a strongly acidic cation exchange resin so to remove impurities to provide purified taurine. When a large amount of anions are contained as the impurities, preferably the synthetic reaction mass containing taurine is treated with the strongly acidic cation exchange resin and then treated with a weakly basic cation exchange resin. The treating temperature is preferably 10-70°C and the space velocity is preferably 0.5-5h -1 . Furthermore, organic synthesis of taurine is carried out, e.g. by reacting 2-chloroethylamine hydrochloride with sodium sulfite or reacting 2- bromoethylamine hydrobromide with sodium sulfite. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently purify a quinoline derivative in a good yield by reacting a specific quinoline derivative with an acid to form its salt, separating the salt and then desalinating the separated salt with a base. SOLUTION: This method for separating a quinoline derivative comprises reacting a quinoline derivative of the formula in a solvent in the range of 0 deg.C to the boiling point of the solvent for 1 to 48 hr, separating the salt, and then desalinating the separated salt in a solvent in the range of 0 deg.C to the boiling point of the solvent to 1 to 48 hr. The acid used for the production of the salt includes inorganic acids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, and organic acids such as fumaric acid, phthalic acid, succinic acid, oxalic acid, malonic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and lactic acid, and is preferably fumaric acid. The solvent for the salt-producing reaction includes protonic solvents and (halogenated) hydrocarbon solvents. The solvent for separating the salt includes protonic solvents and esters. The solvent for the desalination reaction includes protonic solvents and ethers.
