PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromium-free chemical conversion treatment liquid that may provide excellent corrosion resistance and paint adhesion on a surface of metallic materials such as aluminum and aluminum alloy represented by an aluminum die casting material and the like.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by providing a chromium-free chemical conversion treatment liquid comprising a titanium fluoride complex ion having a concentration of 2 to 400 ppm in terms of Ti, and pentavalent vanadium compound ion having a concentration of 10 to 1000 ppm in terms of V and having a pH in the range of 2.4 to 4.4. The weight ratio (A/B) of the concentration A of the titanium fluoride complex ion in terms of Ti and the concentration B of the pentavalent vanadium compound ion in terms of V is preferably in the range of 0.1 to 4.5, and the chromium-free chemical conversion treatment liquid preferably further comprises a zirconium fluoride complex ion having a concentration of 1 to 1000 ppm in terms of Zr.

The invention belongs to a technology in the fields of new materials and chemical industry of salt lakes and relates to a protective method for a magnesium borate crystal whisker reinforced AZ91 magnesium-based composite. The preparation method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of (1) preparing a solution 1; (2) carrying out chemical plating pretreatment on a magnesium-based composite; (3) preparing a chemical nickel-plated silicon carbide solution; (4) heating the chemical nickel-plated silicon carbide solution obtained in the step (3) to 60 DEG C in a water bath, then, keeping constant temperature, and next, placing the magnesium-based composite obtained in the step (2) into a nickel-plating solution, and adding silicon carbide while stirring to plate. According to the invention, a compact chemical plating layer with a favorable binding force is deposited on the surface of the magnesium-based composite and a naked crystal whisker, so that the corrosion resistance of the magnesium-based composite is improved, the problem that the magnesium-based composite is easy to corrode is better solved, and the adaptive capacity to the external environment is improved. The composite prepared by using the method provided by the invention not only can be used in the aerospace field, but also can be used for automobile industry and electronic product industry such as mobile phones, computers, cameras and the like.

The invention discloses a chemically-plated Ni-P/Ni-Mo-P-PTFE composite structure plating layer and a preparation method of the chemically-plated Ni-P/Ni-Mo-P-PTFE composite structure plating layer and belongs to the technical field of functional plating layers. The surface of the composite structure plating layer is a Ni-Mo-P-PTFE plating layer, and the metal base material of the composite structure plating layer is a Ni-P plating layer. The preparation method of the composite structure plating layer includes the following steps that the deoiling, acid pickling and activating treatment are conducted on the metal base material; the Ni-P plating layer chemically plated on the surface of the metal base material serves as an inducing layer; the Ni-Mo-P-PTFE plating layer is chemically plated on the Ni-P plating layer; and cleaning and drying are conducted. By the adoption of the Ni-P/Ni-Mo-P-PTFE composite structure plating layer prepared through the preparation method, by adjusting the microstructure of the plating layers, the physical performance and chemical performance of the plating layers are improved, and the corrosion performance and scaling resistance of pipelines can be improved remarkably.

SOLUTION: The electroless nickel-plating method for forming a nickel-plated film on the surface of an article to be plated by dipping the article to be plated in the electroless nickel-plating liquid comprises the steps of: extracting the electroless nickel-plating liquid in which phosphorous ions have been accumulated, from a nickel plating tank; bringing the extracted electroless nickel-plating liquid in contact with an organic phase containing a hypophosphite amine complex which has been obtained by bringing an organic solvent containing amine in contact with an aqueous solution containing hypophosphorous acid, forming the hypophosphite amine complex in the organic phase and separating the phases from each other; thereby extracting the phosphorous ions into the organic phase as the phosphite amine complex, and simultaneously transferring the hypophosphorous ions into an aqueous phase; and then returning the aqueous phase obtained by phase separation into the nickel plating tank. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material which is obtained by chemical-conversion-treating a solid material having a plated film of a Ni-P alloy thereon, does not show coloring or shows little coloring due to the chemical conversion treatment, and has superior corrosion resistance and decoloration resistance. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the composite material comprises the steps of: chemical-conversion-treating the plated layer of the Ni-P alloy formed on a substrate, by using chemical conversion treatment liquid including main metallic elements comprising Zr and/or Ti and a halogen element and having a pH controlled to 2.0 to 6.0; and cleaning the substrate with water. Thus formed chemical conversion coating layer contains the main metallic elements of 1 to 30 mg/m 2 and the phosphor element and oxygen element of 1 to 100 mg/m 2 respectively.
