Provided is a flat cable winding device whereby winding and unwinding can be made smooth by minimizing slack in a flat cable. A flat cable winding device (1) comprises a rotating table (4), a plurality of rollers (5), (5A), and a center shaft (7) for rotatably supporting the rotating table (4); an inside winding part (21) on which a flat cable (2) is wound being formed around the periphery of the center shaft (7) and an outside winding part (22) on which the flat cable (2) is wound being formed around the peripheries of the plurality of rollers (5), (5A), and the plurality of rollers (5), (5A) being pushed toward the inside winding part (21) due to the formation of the outside winding part (22), whereby slack in the inside winding part (21) is minimized when the flat cable (2) is unwound.

Flat cable winding device

An object of the present invention is to provide a harness exterior protector composed of a bellows tube portion and a straight tube portion, able to be routed easily in a narrow space, and, able to increase the bending rigidity of the straight tube portion. A harness exterior protector (1) basically includes: a synthetic-resin-made flat bellows tube portion (2); and a flat straight tube portion (3) integrally continued to the flat bellows tube portion (2). A round bellows tube portion (2') may be provided instead of the flat bellows tube portion (2). A round straight tube portion (3') may be provided instead of the flat straight tube portion (3). Preferably, an inner peripheral surface (10) of the bellows tube portion (2) and an inner peripheral surface (5) of the straight tube portion (3) are continued straight to each other without difference in level.

Harness exterior protector

A flat harness winding device includes: a case; a rotor rotatably disposed in the case; a shaft of the case inserted into a hole in the center of the rotor; a plurality of harness split rollers rotatably disposed in the rotor; and a plurality of flat harnesses each of which one end is fixed to the shaft, said flat harnesses independently bent along respective harness split rollers and guided out from an opening of the case allowed to be wound. Harness support rollers are rotatably disposed on the rotor in spaces between the harness split rollers. Curve-shaped harness guide ribs are disposed on the rotor close to an out side in a radial direction of each harness split roller.

Flat harness winding device

Provided is a flat cable winding device and an assembling method thereof, which can prevent slack of a flat cable and achieve smooth winding and leading out of the flat cable. A flat cable winding device includes a rotating table, a plurality of rollers, and a central shaft rotatably and pivotally supporting the rotating table. The central shaft includes an auxiliary wound portion in which the flat cable is wound for at least one turn. An inner wound portion is formed along an outer circumference of the auxiliary wound portion, and an outer wound portion is formed along outer circumferences of the plurality of rollers, thereby preventing the slack at the inner wound portion when leading out the flat cable.

Flat cable winding device and assembling method thereof

A cable routing structure includes a plurality of cables that are superposed on one another and that are movable relatively to one another in length directions thereof, and a line length difference housing case that contains parts of the plurality of cables and is movable in a reciprocating direction. The line length difference housing case absorbs differences in line length among the plurality of cables generated in accordance with a moving position of the line length difference housing case.

SOLUTION: In the flexible protective tube 1 for harness, having a substantially rectangular or elliptical internal cross-section for passing wires and is provided with a plurality of ridges 8 and valleys 9, arranged in bellows shape, the flexible protective tube 1 is provided, at a part in the longitudinal direction thereof, with a portion 10 for regulating the bending, where flexibility is reduced as compared with other parts. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flat cable winding/feeding unit having a reduced thickness. SOLUTION: The flat cable winding/feeding unit comprises a case 12 having an annular space S, a rotor 14 provided rotatably in the case, a coil spring 16 imparting a rotating force to the rotor, and a flat cable 10 having one end connected to a fixed body and the other end connected to a moving body. The rotor 14 comprises a roll 36 for reversing the winding direction of the flat cable 10 in the annular space S, a guide roll 38 for guiding the flat cable 10 along the inner circumferential surface of the outer annular wall 18, and a hollow shaft 40 fitted rotatably to the inner circumference of the inner annular wall 20. The coil spring 16 is arranged coaxially in the hollow shaft 40 of the rotor 14 and engaging, on one end side 16a thereof, with the hollow shaft 40, and on the other end side 16b thereof, with a lower case 12B while being twisted to impart a rotating force to the rotor 14 in the winding direction of the flat cable 10.
