Journal ArticleDOI

Hierarchical graphene@TiO2 sponges for sodium-ion storage with high areal capacity and robust stability

TL;DR: In this article, a free-standing hierarchical sponge composed of the upper-layer Graphene@TiO2 composites and under-layer graphene was prepared as a sodium-ion anode.
Journal ArticleDOI

Femtosecond laser drilled micro-hole arrays in thick and dense 2D nanomaterial electrodes toward high volumetric capacity and rate performance

TL;DR: In this article, a femtosecond laser drilling method was used to introduce appropriate micro-hole arrays into the thick and dense electrodes for facilitated ion transport, which significantly reduced the ion transport resistance.
Journal ArticleDOI

Vertically aligned architecture in the dense and thick TiO2-graphene nanosheet electrode towards high volumetric and areal capacities

TL;DR: In this paper, a vertically aligned TiO2-graphene nanosheet electrode with a large thickness of 130 μm was constructed to facilitate ion diffusion kinetics and improve the electronic conductivity to promote electron transport across the electrode.
