Stochastic dynamic traffic assignment model under emergent incidents

The paper develops a multiclass, multimodal dynamic traffic equilibrium model with consideration of the departure time choice problem. Travelers choose the departure time and the route simultaneously with a Logit-based structure. The route travel cost is a summation of travel time and schedule delay which is associated with arrival time at destination. In addition, the travelers are classified into three groups according to their value of time. A variational inequality (VI) formulation is proposed based on the equilibrium conditions. Two examples are given to testify the effectiveness of the model and the solution algorithm. The model can give the optimal travel route as well as the best departure time, which would contribute to traffic control and dynamic route guidance.

With the continuous advancement of intelligent construction of logistics engineering, the customer demand of logistics market is gradually diversified. UAV logistics transportation is facing problems such as information fragmentation, decentralized and independent operation of subsystems and so on. In order to solve this problem, this paper combines a number of technologies such as serial wireless communication, remote sensing and internet development. It also integrates multi-source data such as human, machine, road, management and control, expounds the overall architecture, core architecture, key technologies and functional design architecture of the system according to the framework of data fusion decision analysis management and control, and adopts genetic algorithm to optimize the route planning of logistics and transportation in order to build an integrated app operation platform for UAV management and control, realize the accurate control and information management of UAV logistics transportation, and verify the feasibility of the system through the preliminary design of logistics transportation in Anning District, Lanzhou. The experimental results show that the remote communication data in the process of UAV transportation is stable and accurate, and the application of flight route planning results is good, which plays a great role in promoting the improvement of logistics efficiency.

Research on UAV terminal distribution information system based on integrated management and control

The dynamic route choice model with departure time was carried out in a multi-modal transportation network, in which the combined travel mode was considered. The multi-modal transportation network was built based on the super network theory and the expansion technique. The simultaneous departure time and the route choice preference were described in a Logit model from the view of path formulation, as well as analyzing the equilibrium conditions. A variational inequality model was proposed to be equivalent to the equilibrium condition and was solved by a direct algorithm based on a dynamic stochastic network loading method. The efficient of the model and the algorithm were validated by a numerical example. The results show that the proposed model can not only describe the route choice behavior in the multimodal transportation network, but also get the departure time, which comes closer to the reality and has good suitability.
