Radioimmunoassay for the Determination of the Indole Alkaloid Vindoline in Catharanthus
P. Westekemper,U. Wieczorek,Françoise Guéritte,N. Langlois,Y. Langlois,Pierre Potier,M. H. Zenk +6 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation of Functionalized Oxazolines
TL;DR: In this article, the preparation of oxazolines substituted at C-2 by an hetero substituted methyl group is reported, including 2-Aminomethyl, 2-azidomethymethyl, 3-nitromethyl and 2-hydroxymethyl oxazoline.
Journal ArticleDOI
Chiral α,β-unsaturated oxazolines in the asymmetric diels-alder reaction ☆
Annie Pouilhes,E. Uriarte,Cyrille Kouklovsky,Nicole Langlois,Y. Langlois,Angèle Chiaroni,Claude Riche +6 more
TL;DR: α,β-Unsaturated oxazolines derived from (+)-camphor become powerful dienophiles in asymmetric Diels-Alder reaction after activation with trifluoroacetic anhydride.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of a pheromone of boarmia selenaria via a sila-cope elimination. Stereochemical implications
TL;DR: The use of a Sila-Cope elimination afforded a Z,Z,Z trienamine derivative, direct synthetic precursor of (3Z,6Z,9Z)-3,6,9-nonadecatriene1, one of the pheromone components of Boarmia selenaria.
Journal ArticleDOI
α,β-Unsaturated oxazolines and oxazine, useful dienophiles in the Diels-Alder reaction
TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that α,β-Unasaturated oxazolines and oxazine "activated" with trifluoroacetic anhydride are reactive dienophiles in non thermic Diels-Alder reactions.
