CONSTITUTION: A solid-state memory device 12 can select two ways of storage methods as compressed form and non-compressed form. Selector switches 24, 30 are switched manually. When the switch 24 is thrown to the position of a contact (a), an A/D converter 18 digitizes a picture output and the result is compressed by a compression circuit 26 and stored in a memory 28. with the switch 24 thrown to the position of a contact (b), the picture data is stored in the memory 28 as it is. When the switch 30 is thrown to the position of the contact (a), the data in the memory 28 is outputted as it is from the solid- state memory device 12 and when the switch 30 is thrown to the position of the contact (b), the data in the memory 28 is expanded by an expansion circuit 32 and the resulting data is outputted from the solid-state memory device 12 and converted into an analog signal at a D/A converter 20 and converted into a video signal by a video encoder 22. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an exposure range of a rotary mechanism around a shaft coupling, and reduce burden for installing a shaft coupling guard.SOLUTION: A shaft coupling guard comprises: a guard body having a cylindrical trunk part, and a side part on which a through hole through which a main shaft penetrates is formed; and two leg parts supporting the guard body on one end side. The guard body is constituted so that it can be separated into two, a guard body upper part and a guard body lower part. A first flat part crossing in a vertical direction is formed on the trunk part at the guard body lower part in an axial line direction on both sides sandwiching an axial line therebetween. A second flat part parallel to the first flat part, and a step part having a step in the vertical direction are formed on each one end side of the two leg parts in the axial line direction. While the first flat part is located on the second flat part and displacement of the guard body lower part in a horizontal direction is limited, the two leg parts support the guard body.

PURPOSE:To obtain a floor magnetic shield device which is enhanced in workability and profitability by a method wherein flooring material possessed of magnetic shield function is laid on a floor surface as floor finishing material. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous ribbon 1 is sandwiched between a molded plastic tile surface layer 2 and a plastic main material 3, which is formed into one piece with adhesive agent for the formation of a magnetic shield flooring material A. Or, through-holes are provided to the amorphous ribbon 1, and the amorphous ribbon 1, the surface layer 2, and the plastic main material 3 are welded together through the through-holes. The magnetic shield flooring material A composed as above is tightly laid on a floor surface, and the plastic tile main material 3 is pasted on a base B of mortar or concrete through the intermediary of an adhesive layer 4. Magnetic line of force 5 arriving from below is absorbed by the magnetic shield flooring material A. By this setup, as compared with a conventional method where equipments are separately, magnetically shielded, all the floor surface can be lessened in magnetism, so that a countermeasure is not required to be taken into consideration again even if a new equipment is installed.

PURPOSE:To attain the recording and keeping of a lot of data signals with a memory card by compressing and storing an input data signal. CONSTITUTION:When primary color picture signals R, G and B of 8 bits are respectively inputted to 3-R, 3-G and 3-B of an encoding and compressing circuit 3 to a memory card 1, the signals are compressed and converted to the code data of 2 bits (R), 4 bits (G) and 2 bits (B) in the circuit 3. The code data are respectively stored to 4-R, 4-G and 4-B of a picture storing memory 4. The respective code data to be read from the memory 4 are inputted to decoding circuits 5-R, 5-G and 5-B and converted to the primary color picture signals R, G and B to be same as the time of the input. After that, the signals are inputted to a signal reproducing device. Thus, even when the picture storing memory has small capacity, much data can be stored.
