Stationary induction electric apparatus

TL;DR: In this article, a stationary induction electric apparatus and a method for manufacturing the apparatus was described. But the method was based on a reinforcement frame to be mounted on an inner peripheral surface of a rectangular core, a protective cover for covering both of the rectangular core and the reinforcement frame, and a reinforcement band to be wound on an outer peripheral surface.

Transformer with toroidal magnetic core

TL;DR: In this paper, a transformer with a toroidal magnetic core is shown to have a top and bottom annular winding frames providing radial winding conductor grooves for guiding an interconnecting conductor to connect between the adjacent two unit coils.

Method of manufacturing a stationary induction electric apparatus

TL;DR: In this article, a stationary induction electric apparatus and a method for manufacturing the apparatus are presented. But the method is not suitable for the case of a large number of windings, as is the case in this paper.

Manufacture of transformer

Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture with high efficiency a transformer with use of an iron core keeping its high magnetic characteristics by cutting a circular body around which amorphous magnetic alloy thin bands are wound into a plurality of iron core blocks, and rendering them to re- joining, formation of a rectangular iron core, annealing, winding of a wire thereon, and spacer insertion for each block, etc. CONSTITUTION:A circularly-wound iron core 3 is formed by inserting a spacer 4 each time an amorphous magnetic alloy thin band 2 is wound on a core predetermined times, which core 3 is then cut radially thereof along a cut surface A into iron core blocks 3a-3d. Longitudinal laminated surfaces 3al, 3a2 for example of each of the blocks 3a-3d are slanted stepwise, and those blocks 3a-3d are wound successively on an iron core such that the spacer 4 covers a connection portion between those surfaces. The circularly wound iron core is made to be a rectangularly wound iron core using a rectangular iron core. Annealing of the resulting rectangularly wound iron core assures a high magnetic characteristic of the iron core without causing any distortion of the core. In succession, an aperture of the iron core 9 is opened through which aperture a wire 10 is wound around the core together with a magnetic spacer 11 inserted into the aperture. Hereby, a transformer with the iron core keeping high magnetic characteristics can be manufactured effectively without causing disturbance of magnetic lines around the joining portions and without insertion of a spacer for each sheet of alloy thin band.

Manufacture of wound core and device thereof

TL;DR: In this paper, a wound core is wound in such a manner that the metal thin belt 4 continuously supplied from a metal thin-baring manufacturing device 1 is led to a slitter 6 through a storing device 2, and after 2min have passed, the thin-belt 4 is lead to the feeding roller 311 of a core winding device 3.
