The stand pouch-like self-standing vacuum container constructed as above is suitable for preserving a beverage or the like which is likely to be oxidized when in contact with air and is therefore aerophobic, and can sustain itself firmly in spite of its reduced contents.

A composite or so-called “half and half” bag has a first side wall formed from a synthetic resin mesh material and a second side formed from a synthetic resin film material. A reinforcing strip extends horizontally along the upper end portion of the mesh side wall of the bag. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a so-called vacuum (suction preventing) type container which always prevents the admission of air, and also to provide a stand pouch- shape container which, while maintaining merits of a conventional stand pouch- shape container, i.e., flexibility and high volume efficiency, is self-standing even when its content is decreased, which cannot be realized with the conventional stand pouch-shape container. SOLUTION: This self-standing container comprises a self-standing container main body whose wall face is made of a soft sheet and whose bottom part expands becoming self-standable by filling a content, a discharging mouth 3 provided at the end part of the self-standing container main body made of the soft sheet and a check valve 7 attached to the discharging mouth 3. The chuck valve 7 is so made that when the same is pressed in a discharging direction, the content can be moved, and when the same is pressed in a filling direction, it closes. Thus with the negative pressure applied to the self-standing container made of the soft sheet by the weight of the content, the mixture of air is prevented.

PURPOSE:To improve the secrecy of talking by changing a clock frequency when a voice signal is inputted to a delay circuit to make it different from a clock frequency at an output after the delay. CONSTITUTION:The clock frequency to the delay circuit 3 is changed by changing the frequency dividing number to make the frequency of a clock pulse 21 when a voice signal is inputted to the delay circuit 3 from the clock frequency at the output after the delay different. The frequency of an output voice signal is changed to the original frequency in this way to scramble the voice. CONSTITUTION:The clock frequency of a variable frequency divider circuit 16 in a clock frequency control circuit 4 is changed to change the clock frequency to a variable delay circuit Delay 3. The frequency of an output voice signal is changed to the original signal to scramble the voice by making the clock pulse frequency when the voice signal is inputted to the Delay 3 different from the clock frequency at output after delay. On the other hand, the frequency of the received scrambled voice is restored to the original signal by changing the clock frequency to a Delay 3' in synchronization with the change in the clock frequency to the Delay 3 at the transmission side by a synchronizing signal circuit 6' at the reception side.

CONSTITUTION:The output of a synchronizing signal generating circuit 8 is gate controlled by the output of a control circuit 7 counting up clocks corresponding to the prescribed delay stages of a variable delay circuit 5 and superposed to a transmission signal and transmitted. On the receiving side, the transmission signal is separated from the synchronizing signal by a filter circuit 14, a pulse string is generated in accordance with the synchronizing signal and a trigger signal is generated synchronously with the pulse string. A control circuit in a clock selecting circuit 15 is preset in response to the trigger signal to synchronize the switching time of clock pulses of a transmitter/receiver and a switching time synchronizing signal for clock pulses is selected from the trigger signal by using the output signal of the control circuit in the circuit 15.

CONSTITUTION:The speed signal from the speech input terminal 1 of the privacy communication device is applied to the BBD delay circuit 3 through an LPF2, and the speed signal is sampled according to the clock of a clock circuit 4 and stored in the delay stage of the circuit 3. Then, those 2N sampled values which are stored are passed through an LPF5 and added by an adding circuit 7 to the output of a synchronizing signal circuit 6, and the sum is frequency-modulated by a transmitting circuit 8 and sent to a transmission system 9. This signal is demodulated by a receiving circuit 10 and applied to a BBD delay circuit 14 through an LPF11 to sample and store the receive speech according to the clock of a clock circuit 12. At the same time, sampled values which 2N samples before are outputted from an LPF13 in order simultaneously. Those circuits 4 and 14 are provided with a master clock oscillaor 17, frequency dividing circuit 18, counter 19, and logical circuit 20.
