The invention relates to an ultrasonic assistance based connecting method for a light alloy and a thermoplastic composite. The method comprises the following specific methods that (1) before connecting, the surface of the to-be-connected light alloy is subjected to mechanical treatment or electrochemical treatment; (2) a to-be-connected part is placed on a workbench, the light alloy is adopted asan upper plate, the thermoplastic composite is adopted as a lower plate, a carbon nano tube enhanced thermoplastic composite film the same as the material of the lower plate is selected as a middle layer, and a clamp is used for fixing; (3) an ultrasonic system is placed at the bottom of a connecting area, and ultrasonic amplitude transformers are evenly distributed at the bottom of the lower plate; (4) a heating block is placed on the surface of the upper plate to achieve heating; (5) after heating is carried out to the set temperature, an ultrasonic vibration system is started; and (6) afterthe light alloy and the thermoplastic composite are rapidly connected, the connecting portion is cooled in a segmented cooling manner. Efficient connecting of the light alloy and the thermoplastic composite can be achieved, the mechanical interlocking capacity of a joint can be increased, the residual stress of the joint can be reduced, and wide applicability is achieved.

The invention provides an ultrasonic-assisted plastic/metal connection molding method. The ultrasonic-assisted plastic/metal connection molding method comprises the following steps that a plastic plate to be connected and a metal substrate to be connected are preheated on a heating die; the parts to be connected of the plastic plate and the metal substrate are overlapped together, then pressure isapplied to the overlapped parts, ultrasonic treatment is carried out on the plastic plate during pressure applying, a plastic melt at a metal-plastic interface is enabled to penetrate into microporesin the surface of the metal substrate, and the connection of plastic and metal is completed after natural cooling. The plastic is subjected to the synergistic effect of pressure and ultrasonic in themolten state. By adjusting and controlling the ultrasonic amplitude, frequency and pressure, the melt can more easily flow into a metal hole structure, and the bonding force with metal is increased;meanwhile, the ultrasonic can further play a role in refining crystal grains, so that the bonding strength between plastic substrate and the metal substrate is improved. According to the ultrasonic-assisted plastic/metal connection molding method, the structure of the die is simplified, the cost is low, the process flow is simplified, the operation is convenient, and the working efficiency is improved.
