Journal ArticleDOI
Cardiac resynchronization therapy via left bundle branch pacing vs. optimized biventricular pacing with adaptive algorithm in heart failure with left bundle branch block: a prospective, multi-centre, observational study.
Xueying Chen,Yang Ye,Zhongkai Wang,Qinchun Jin,Zhaohui Qiu,Jingfeng Wang,Shengmei Qin,Jin Bai,Wei Wang,Yixiu Liang,Haiyan Chen,Xia Sheng,Feng Gao,Xianxian Zhao,Guosheng Fu,Kenneth A. Ellenbogen,Yangang Su,Junbo Ge +17 more
TL;DR: In this article, the feasibility and efficacy of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) via left bundle branch pacing (LBBP-CRT), compared with optimized biventricular pacing (BVP) with adaptive algorithm, in heart failure with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction ≤35% (HFrEF) and LBBB, was evaluated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Upgrade to his bundle pacing in pacing-dependent patients referred for pulse generator change: Feasibility and intermediate term follow up.
Yang Ye,Zuwen Zhang,Xia Sheng,Bei Wang,Shiquan Chen,Yiwen Pan,Jingliang Lan,Yaxun Sun,Yi Luan,Chenyang Jiang,Guosheng Fu +10 more
TL;DR: Permanent HBP is feasible and safe for upgrade in patients with long term RVP irrespective of LVEF, and improves heart failure symptoms with preserved EF by longterm RVP.
Journal ArticleDOI
Alendronate prevents angiotensin II-induced collagen I production through geranylgeranylation-dependent RhoA/Rho kinase activation in cardiac fibroblasts
TL;DR: Alendronate could protect against angiotensin II-induced collagen I synthesis through inhibition of geranylgeranylation and inactivation of RhoA/Rho kinase signaling, which will hopefully serve as therapeutic strategies to reduce fibrosis in heart remodeling.
Journal ArticleDOI
Comparison of synchronization between left bundle branch and his bundle pacing in atrial fibrillation patients: An intra-patient-controlled study.
Xia Sheng,Yiwen Pan,Chan Yu,Bei Wang,Pei Zhang,Jing Li,Jiefang Zhang,Shiquan Chen,Min Wang,Yaxun Sun,Dongmei Jiang,Ying Yang,Yang Ye,Yong-Mei Cha,Guosheng Fu +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors evaluated the electrical and mechanical synchrony between LBBP and HBP in patients with permanent atrial fibrillation (AF) and found that LBBPs significantly widened the QRS duration compared with the intrinsic conduction while HBP did not.
Journal ArticleDOI
Metabolic benefits of rivaroxaban in non-valvular atrial fibrillation patients after radiofrequency catheter ablation.
Jun Zhu,Rong-Jun Gao,Qiang Liu,Ruhong Jiang,Lu Yu,Yaxun Sun,Pei Zhang,Jianwei Lin,Yang Ye,Zuwen Zhang,Shiquan Chen,Hui Cheng,Xia Sheng,Chenyang Jiang +13 more
TL;DR: Patients with NVAF receiving rivaroxaban after RFCA procedures appear to benefit from a metabolic perspective compared with warfarin, providing practical clinical reference for the choice of the anticoagulant.
