An outer insulation member made of a first resin packs a part of an anode terminal. The packed part of the anode terminal has a predetermined section. All surfaces of the predetermined section consist of a front surface, a back surface and edges connecting between the front surface and the back surface. The front surface includes a connection area. An anode lead wire is connected to the connection area while being not connected to the anode terminal other than the connection area. The all surfaces of the predetermined section are completely covered with a mask layer made of a second resin except for the connection area. The second resin is different from the first resin in at least one of composition thereof, content of an inclusion, size of an inclusion and shape of an inclusion.

A solid electrolytic capacitor (A 1 ) includes a porous sintered body ( 10 ) of metal particles or conductive ceramic particles, anode wires ( 11 A, 11 B) partially inserted in the porous sintered body ( 10 ), an anode terminal provided by portions of the anode wires ( 11 A, 11 B) which project from the porous sintered body ( 10 ), and a cathode ( 30 ) formed on an obverse surface of the porous sintered body ( 10 ). The anode terminal includes a first and a second anode terminals ( 11 a, 11 b ), and circuit current flows from the first anode terminal ( 11 a ) toward the second anode terminal ( 11 b ) through the porous sintered body ( 10 ). Therefore, noise cancellation property can be enhanced with respect to a wide frequency band, and large electric power can be supplied with high responsiveness. In a circuit using the solid electrolytic capacitor (A 1 ), the space efficiency on aboard can be enhanced, and the cost can be reduced.

The process for performing the first aging treatment in the manufacturing method includes a step of respectively arranging the elements 1 on a plurality of carbon sheet pieces 3 which are arranged in such a way that the pieces 3 are not electrically connected to each other so that the conductive layers 11 of the elements 1 may come into contact with the pieces 3, a set of connecting the anode lead 10 of each element 1 to the positive pole of a power source 6, a step of connecting each piece 3 to the negative pole of the power source 6 through a current limiter 5, and a step of impressing a voltage upon the elements 1 from the power source 6. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the problem of crosstalk between transmission light and reception light in the case of adjacently installing a polarized light separating plane and a luminous flux division plane by providing a specified polarized light separating plane and a specified laser beam source in a transmission/reception part. SOLUTION: An emitted luminous flux from a semiconductor laser beam source 32 is made incident on the incident surface 73 of the rectangular prism 70 of the transmission/ reception part 30. The emitted luminous flux of the semiconductor laser beam source 32 is provided with linear or elliptic intensity distribution and a θ parallel direction (short axis direction) length θH orthogonally crossed with each other on an optical axis orthogonal cross section is shorter than a θ vertical direction (long axis direction) length θV. Then, the θ parallel direction θH is turned around an optical axis 32X and the position is determined so as to be almost parallel to the optical axis from the polarized light separating plane PBS to the luminous flux division plane BS. CONSTITUTION: A clutch hub 13 is fitted in a relatively rotatable state to the periphery of a support 2 fixed to the casing 1 of a transmission. A first ring groove 2i for feeding operating oil to a first clutch oil chamber 20, and a second ring groove 2k for feeding operating oil to a second clutch oil chamber 24 are formed at a clutch hub 13. A third ring groove 2n is thereby formed between the first and second ring grooves 2i, 2k through a first seal ring 40L and a second seal ring 41R. Lubricating oil fed to the third ring groove 2n at the start time of an engine passes the first and second seal rings 40L, 41R and fills the first and second clutch oil chambers 20, 24 so as to make the rapid engagement of clutches C 1 , C 2 possible. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely avoid a trouble to an essential function of a urine-inspection apparatus by setting a trouble detection means for detecting whether or not a sequence of operations by an inspection means is in trouble, etc. SOLUTION: A urine-inspection apparatus 10 (a measuring unit 11 and a urine-collecting unit 12 of a rim mount type) is fitted to a Western style toilet 100 (a toilet seat 102, a toilet lid 104 and a cleaning water tank 106). A trouble detection means detects whether or not a sequence of operations by an inspection means is in trouble. Concretely, a room temperature of a laboratory is measured by a temperature sensor, a humidity of the laboratory is measured by a humidity sensor, an inclination of the urine-inspection apparatus 10 is measured by an inclination sensor, whether or not a component concentration sensor by a limit switch is set is detected, etc. A control means controls the inspection means in accordance with contents detected by the trouble detection means. Even when a low temperature, a high humidity, a shortcircuit of an electric circuit or the like trouble is found, an essential function of the urine- inspection apparatus 10 is not hindered.
