Electronic structure and magnetic interactions in Zn-doped β-Ga2O3 from first-principles calculations

TL;DR: In this paper, the electronic structure and magnetic interactions of Zn-doped β-Ga 2 O 3 have been investigated using first-principles calculation method, and the calculated results indicate that Zndoped δ-Ga O 3 with spinpolarized state has lower energy than that with nonspin-polarised state.
