The many techiniques of digital watermarking (embedding a code) and steganography (hiding information) continue to evolve as applications that necessitate them do the same. The image processing system 100 outputs the output data subjected to image processing based on the control data to a designated output device through a network INT. Even if an environment is not set up enough to carry out image processing by reflecting the control data, an image output subjected to image processing by reflecting control data can be realized.
