Abstract: The invention discloses an indoor and outdoor ubiquitous positioning method and an indoor and outdoor ubiquitous positioning system. The indoor and outdoor ubiquitous positioning system is formed by a location-based service terminal and a location-based service platform. The indoor and outdoor ubiquitous positioning method includes that firstly, the location-based service terminal positions a current position and generates positioning data; secondly, the location-based service platform is used for computing positioning coordinates of the current position in an indoor mode when signal strength of WiFi signals exceeds a preset threshold value. The indoor and outdoor ubiquitous positioning method and the indoor and outdoor ubiquitous positioning system have the advantages that high-precision positioning in different indoor and outdoor environments can be achieved, the system with the indoor and outdoor positioning needs is satisfied, outdoor positioning not just depends on Beidou positioning signals generated by global satellite navigation, and GPS positioning is added, so that outdoor positioning uninterruptability can be ensured, and positioning precision is improved; after primary positioning results are obtained during indoor positioning, optimal position estimation is achieved through Kalman filtering, so that adverse effect caused by system noise and interference is reduced, and positioning accuracy is improved.
