The present invention provides for sequential chemical vapor deposition by employing a reactor operated at low pressure, a pump to remove excess reactants, and a line to introduce gas into the reactor through a valve. A first reactant forms a monolayer on the part to be coated, while the second reactant passes through a radical generator which partially decomposes or activates the second reactant into a gaseous radical before it impinges on the monolayer. This second reactant does not necessarily form a monolayer but is available to react with the monolayer. A pump removes the excess second reactant and reaction products completing the process cycle. The process cycle can be repeated to grow the desired thickness of film.

Sequential chemical vapor deposition

Means are provided for recording, storing, calculating, communicating and reviewing one or more operational aspects of a machine. The device includes a storage device, which may be removable or portable, having a first memory portion that may be read from and may be written to in a vehicle and a second memory portion that may be read from and may be written to in the vehicle. The second memory portion may retain data attributes associated with the data stored in the first removable storage device. A processor reads data from an automotive bus that transfers data from vehicle sensors to other automotive components. The processor writes data to the first memory portion and the second memory portion that reflect a level of risk or safety. A communication device links the storage device to a network of computers. The communication device may be accessible through software that allows a user to access files.

Vehicle Monitoring System

Aspects of the present disclosure relate switching between autonomous and manual driving modes. In order to do so, the vehicle's computer may conduct a series of environmental, system, and driver checks to identify certain conditions. The computer may correct some of these conditions and also provide a driver with a checklist of tasks for completion. Once the tasks have been completed and the conditions are changed, the computer may allow the driver to switch from the manual to the autonomous driving mode. The computer may also make a determination, under certain conditions, that it would be detrimental to the driver's safety or comfort to make a switch from the autonomous driving mode to the manual driving mode.

Engaging and disengaging for autonomous driving

The present invention relates particularly to a method and system for consolidating a plurality of a consumer's payment and non-payment source accounts into a consolidated platform with a customer identification or available proxy account numbers that can be assigned to source accounts. The source accounts can be, for example, credit card accounts, ATM accounts, debit card accounts, demand deposit accounts, stored-value accounts, merchant-loyalty card accounts, membership accounts, and identification card numbers. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support safety driving when it is determined that a driver does not drive safely. SOLUTION: When the driver operates a vehicle, an operation condition detection means detects an actual operation condition. Reference data for driving operation means serving as a standard of the safety driving matching the travel route of an electronic map data are equipped, and the reference data are compared with the actual driving condition so that it is determined whether the actual operation is within the range of the safety driving or not by a safety driving degree determination means. Based on the output result from the safety driving degree determination means, driving technique of the driver is determined by the driving technique determination means. Based on these determination results, a travel driving mode for the vehicle is switched from a manual driving mode following driving operation by the driver to an automatic driving mode based on automatic control for driving according to the reference data when the driving technique determination means determines that the determination result is out of the safety driving range, and then, travel operation of the vehicle is controlled based on the reference data.
