Book ChapterDOI
Hyaluronan biomaterials for targeted drug delivery and wound healing
TL;DR: The use of covalent HA-anti-cancer agents for use as potential therapeutics and progress on the elucidation of the structure determination of the HA-binding domain of RHAMM and the use of this domain to identify peptides that mimic HA are described.
Book ChapterDOI
Hyaluronic acid hydrogel film: a new biomaterial for drug delivery and wound healing
TL;DR: The thermal behavior of the hydrogel films, characterized by differential scanning calorimctry, indicated that the crosslinking of the two polymers clearly produced a new material having a microstructure different from either of its two components.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pulmonary delivery of liposomes co-loaded with SN38 prodrug and curcumin for the treatment of lung cancer.
Chengzhi Gao,La-xi Zhang,Minhao Xu,Yi Luo,Ben Wang,Meiyan Kuang,Xinyu Liu,Mengqing Sun,Yue Guo,Lesheng Teng,Chenhui Wang,Yan Zhang,Jing Xie +12 more
TL;DR: A co-delivery system of SN38 (7-ethyl-10-hydroxyl camptothecin) prodrug and CUR (curcumin) was designed for the treatment of lung cancer by pulmonary delivery as mentioned in this paper .
