Journal ArticleDOI

Single-step synthesis of copper sulfide hollow spheres by a template interface reaction route

TL;DR: In this paper, a template interface reaction between CuCl and sulfur liquid droplets in ethylene glycol solvent is used to fabricate micrometer-sized hollow spheres, which is based on the template interface interface reaction.
Journal ArticleDOI

A Nonaqueous Route to Prepare Novel CuS Macroporous Material

TL;DR: In this paper, a nonaqueous route was applied to synthesize CuS macroporous material by the reaction between CuCl2·2H2O and S via the reducing action of ethylene glycol solvent.
Journal ArticleDOI

In Situ Deposition of Co9S8 Nanocrystallite on Its Single-Crystal Flakes at Low Temperatures

TL;DR: Co9S8 hexagonal aggregations were synthesized in hydrazine hydrate (N2H4·H2O) solvent at 150 °C for 12 h using cobalt(II) sulfate hydrate and sodium sulfite (Na2SO3) as starting materials.
Journal ArticleDOI

Molecular assembly of CuBrSe3 in ethylene glycol solvent

TL;DR: Based on experimental results and the structure characterization of the CuBrSe3 crystal, a possible mechanism for the formation of the Se chains was proposed in this paper, which suggests that Se chains assembly with the brom-complexes of Cu(I) to form CuBr helical chains.
