본 연구에서는 1990년대부터 2013년까지의 ‘소진’에 관련된 논문을 분석하여 메타분석을 하였다. 본 분석의 결과 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 근무경력, 업무환경으로서의 보상, 슈퍼비전, 승진, 직무자율성 요인과 클라이언트 관 련요인인 클라이언트 문제의 심각성, 클라이언트 수의 적절성, 클라이언트와의 관계요인을 제외한 모든 변인에서는 유의 미한 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 또한 연령과 근무경력이 높을수록 사회복지사의 자기효능감과 감성지능, 사회적 지지가 높을 수록소진이 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 조직 내·외적인 환경뿐만 아닌, 서비스제공자의 소진방 지를 위한 프로그램의 필요성이 제시된다.

사회복지사 소진 요인에 관한 메타분석

Purpose: This study tries to test mediating effects of hope and therapeutic relationship in the relation between general social functions and mental health recovery of community people with mental illness. Methods: This study was carried out in a cross-sectional research design. The participants included 217 people with mental illnesses who were enrolled at eight Mental Health Welfare Centers in the Gyeonggi Province. Data were collected from February to May, 2018. The collected data were analyzed using a regression analysis, and SPSS PROCESS macro was used to test the mediating effects. Results: This study analyzed the direct effects of general social functions on the hope, therapeutic relationship and mental health recovery. And general social functions had indirect effects on their mental health recovery via hope and therapeutic relationship. Both hope and therapeutic relationship had dual mediating effects in the influence of general social functions on mental health recovery. Conclusion: The role of hope and therapeutic relationship in the mental health recovery of community people with mental illness is important, and it is confirmed that hope is a powerful factor influencing mental health recovery.

Mediating Effects of Hope and Therapeutic Relationship in the Relation between General Social Functions and Mental Health Recovery of Community People with Mental Illness

Purpose: This study was done to identify public attitudes toward mental illness, and to use Q methodology to build understanding of the differences among these attitude types. Methods: Q Methodology was used to examine the public`s attitude on mental illness. Thirty participants classified 33 selected Q-statements on a seven-point scale to create a normal distribution. The collected data were analyzed by using the PC QUANL program. Results: Four types of attitudes toward mental illness were identified. Type I was named `Pursuing positive attention and patience regarding serious human rights`; type II, `Demanding the abolishing of prejudice through various media`, type III, `Emphasizing social responsibility at a distance from mental illness`, and type IV, `Focusing on reversible treatment of the disease`. Conclusion: In this study, the general public has presented a nursing intervention strategy that can provide support that allows for a positive recognition of mental disorders in accordance with the characteristics of each type.

본 연구는 정신장애인의 전반적 기능을 측정하는 표준화된 척도를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 기존 사회기능 척도에 대한 분석과 전문가를 대상으로 한 조사결과를 바탕으로 4개 영역의 총 103개의 예비문항을 개발하였다. 이후 6명의 전문가와 함께 문항에 대한 수정과 삭제를 통해 최종예비문항으로 64문항을 선정하였다. 이를 토대로 전국의 정신보건기관을 이용하는 정신장애인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 1,058부가 수거되었다. 수집된 자료에 대하여 문항분석 및 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 5개의 요인 구조를 가진 25문항의 척도가 개발되었다. 개발된 척도의 Cronbach α값이 .910이고 2주 간격의 검사 - 재검사의 상관계수가 .846(p<.001)으로 나타나 높은 신뢰도를 보여주었다. 또한, 수렴타당도 및 판별타당도를 검증한 결과, 만족할 만한 수준의 타당도를 보여주었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점 및 제한점을 논의하였다.
