PURPOSE:To speed up head positioning by switching coarse control to fine control when a servo head arrives at a position separated from an objective track by a previously determined distance by coarse control. CONSTITUTION:When the servo head 6 arrives at the previously determined position from the center of the objective track, a track crossing generating circuit 14 sends a crossing pulse, so that a control means 16 sends a switching signal to an amplifier circuit 4 to drive a switch arranged on the input side of the circuit 4 and switch coarse control to fine control. Namely, when the servo head 6 arrives at the position separated by the previously determined distance, the coarse control is switched to the fine control and the fine control unstabilized by the influence of speed unmatching and switching noise due to switching can be stabilized. When the servo head 6 is positioned on the center of the objective track, the waiting of decision in the completion of positioning for a fixed time is made unnecessary by deciding the completion of position. Consquently, speed-up of head positioning can be attained.

Method for controlling head positioning

PURPOSE:To control combustion with a proportional control valve to stabilize hot water temperature and reduce cost by operating a proportional control valve with the signal which is processed by the signal from a thermistor, controlling the combustion of a burner, automatically supplying hot water in a large volume with the control signal from a supply water detection element and adding hot water by controlling a supply hot water flow rate control valve to a small flow rate, and adding hot temperature water. CONSTITUTION:When a water supply detecting element 22 detects water supply by operating an automatic hot water supply switch, a gas exhaust fan 12 starts rotation, a base electromagnetic valve 16, a proportional control valve 18 and a hot water supply electromagnetic valve are opened, and a hot water supply burner 19 starts to heat a heat exchanger 1. A flow rate control valve is controlled to a large flow rate in a control circuit 32 by the signal of the supply water detection element 22 and the output which is compared in order to give a set automatic supply hot water flow rate, and the temperature of the supply hot water is sensed by a thermistor 23. In order to have the temperature at a st temperature a control circuit 32 operates comparison and the combustion of the burner 19 is controlled by a control valve 18 to supply hot water automatically in a large flow rate to a bath tub 10. When an operation switch for hot temperature water addition is operated, the control valve 35 is controlled to a small flow rate so that a specified hot water addition flow rate is obtained, and the burner 19 is controlled to add hot temperature water in a small flow rate so that the hot water temperature reaches specified additional hot water temperature.

PURPOSE:To automatically stop additional heating when an appropriate water temperature is reached, by a construction wherein a temperature detector for operating a stopping means for hot water circulated between a heat exchanger and a bath heater is fitted at such a position that the hot water temperature thereat is made equal to an average hot water temperature obtained by stirring the water contained in a bathtub. CONSTITUTION:In a device for automatically heating a bath by a bath heater heated by a heat source such as a gas heater, the temperature detector 13 is fitted at such a position that the hot water temperature thereat is equal to the average hot water temperature obtained on stirring the water contained in the bathtub. Hot water for heating is circulated in the order of the heat exchanger 2, a pipe 10, a heat-exchanging coil 8, a pipe 9, a tank 1 and the heat exchanger 2 by a circulating pump 3. On the other hand, bath water is naturally circulated in the bath heater 5 to be heated through heat exchange with the coil 8. When an appropriate hole water temperature is reached, it is detected by the detector 13, and a controller 12 operates a shut-off valve 14 to cut off the circulating water, and additional heating is stopped. When the hot water temperature in the bathtub 4 is lowered to a predetermined temperature, this is detected by the detector 13, the valve 14 is again opened, and additional heating is restarted. These operations are repeated thereafter.

Automatic additional heater for bath

PURPOSE:To supply suitable temperature water of predetermined temperature even if the number of room heating loads is varied by so controlling as to supply high temperature water to a temperature detector provided at the protrusion port of a heat exchanger and a first load and low temperature water to a second load. CONSTITUTION:When a second load 10 is used (hot water conduit of a first load 1 is closed), hot water to be supplied to the load 10 is supplied by a pump 8, to become hot water mixing hot water from a second return conduit 9 with hot water heated by a heat exchanger 2 fed through a first bypass conduit 15. That is, hot water of low temperature can be obtained by controlling to heat the exchanger 2, i.e., controlling to heat the exchanger 2 by a controller 12 which receives a signal of a temperature detector 11. Then, if the loads 1, 10 are simultaneously used, no reverse flow of low temperature water from a second forward conduit 8 to a first forward conduit occurs by the operation of a check valve 16 provided in the conduit 15. Accordingly, stable high temperature can be supplied. The hot water to be fed to the load 10 becomes hot water mixed with the water from the conduits 9, 15.
