TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed the differences in safety and efficacy of the two routes for nutritional therapy for patients undergoing esophagectomy and found that those in the jejunostomy group had a lower incidence of postoperative pneumonia compared with patients in the nasoenteral tube group.
