Abstract: Temperature dependence of the complex conductivity σ= σ1−iσ2 of YBa2Cu3O7-δ thin films has been measured by using the Mach-Zehnder type interferometric spectrometer in the millimeter wave region (140 ~ 160 GHz). Both σ1 and σ2 increase monotonically below Tc with decreasing temperature. The two-fluid model analysis shows that the scattering time of the quasi particle increases rapidly with decreasing temperature below Tc, which is consistent with the results reported for microwave region.
