TL;DR: A fluid model to describe the traffic of multi-hop wireless networks under QoS constraints is built and the proposed method could analyze the relationship between latency and a complicated traffic model, which is more similar to the real scenario.
Abstract: A fractional calculus fluid model can be used to better explain the bursty data service traffic, which is long-range dependence and has a fractal like the feature of network data flow. The heavy-tailed delay distributions, the hyperbolic decay of the packet delay auto-covariance function and fractional differential equations are shown to be formally related. Effective capacity is a useful model to describe wireless networks with QoS constraints. This paper builds a fluid model to describe the traffic of multi-hop wireless networks under QoS constraints. The proposed method could analyze the relationship between latency and a complicated traffic model, which is more similar to the real scenario.

TL;DR: The hierarchical method is used to build the key index system of automobile voice cloud service, the quantitative model of QoE test is put forward, and the results show that the model has a high accuracy and can provide strong support for the evaluation and testing of related services for automobiles voice cloud operators and service providers.
Abstract: Vehicle voice cloud service can help drivers reduce the dependence on vehicle operation and improve driving safety. In the related test of automobile voice cloud service quality evaluation, the research of quantitative model is an important part. The research and analysis of quantitative index correlation can effectively optimize and improve the test system, provide strong objective evaluation support for operators and service providers, and enhance the core competitiveness. Voice cloud service is composed of many modules and involves many fields. The user’s business experience is closely related to the end-to-end transmission elements such as business category, terminal capability and occurrence scene. The traditional QoE (quality of experience) evaluation can not meet the evaluation requirements. Therefore, this paper uses the hierarchical method to build the key index system of automobile voice cloud service, puts forward the quantitative model of QoE test, and gives the key points The results show that the model has a high accuracy and can provide strong support for the evaluation and testing of related services for automobile voice cloud operators and service providers.

TL;DR: Simulation experiments confirm that the new method of image denoising reduces the pseudo Gibbs phenomenon, retains the details and texture of the image better, and obtains better visual effects and higher PSNR values.
Abstract: To resolve the problems that the traditional image denoising methods are easy to lose details such as edges and textures, a new method of image denoising was proposed. It based on the Curvelet denoising algorithm, using polynomial interpolation threshold method, combining with Wrapping and Cycle spinning techniques to determine the adaptive threshold of each Curvelet coefficient for denoising the medical images. Simulation experiments confirm that the new method reduces the pseudo Gibbs phenomenon, retains the details and texture of the image better, and obtains better visual effects and higher PSNR values.

TL;DR: A regression analysis between hyperparameters and GCN performance shows that there is the obvious optimal point ofhyperparameters, and some empirical suggestion is given to adjust theHyperparameters based on the simulation results.
Abstract: Smart transportation is an essential component of the smart city. Traffic prediction is an important issue in smart transportation. The convolutional neural networks (GCN) are an effective approach for traffic prediction. However, the GCN meets some challenges, such as stability of prediction precision and computation cost, in traffic prediction. The hyperparameters significantly affect the performance of GCN. We conduct a regression analysis between hyperparameters and GCN performance. Our simulation results show that there is the obvious optimal point of hyperparameters. Some empirical suggestion is given to adjust the hyperparameters based on the simulation results.

TL;DR: In this article, the optimal number of scheduled users in a massive MIMO system with arbitrary pilot reuse and random user locations is analyzed in a closed form, while simulations are used to show what happens at finite $M$, in different interference scenarios, with different pilot reuse factors, and for different processing schemes.
Abstract: Massive MIMO is a promising technique for increasing the spectral efficiency (SE) of cellular networks, by deploying antenna arrays with hundreds or thousands of active elements at the base stations and performing coherent transceiver processing. A common rule-of-thumb is that these systems should have an order of magnitude more antennas $M$ than scheduled users $K$ because the users’ channels are likely to be near-orthogonal when $M/K > 10$ . However, it has not been proved that this rule-of-thumb actually maximizes the SE. In this paper, we analyze how the optimal number of scheduled users $K^\star$ depends on $M$ and other system parameters. To this end, new SE expressions are derived to enable efficient system-level analysis with power control, arbitrary pilot reuse, and random user locations. The value of $K^\star$ in the large- $M$ regime is derived in closed form, while simulations are used to show what happens at finite $M$ , in different interference scenarios, with different pilot reuse factors, and for different processing schemes. Up to half the coherence block should be dedicated to pilots and the optimal $M/K$ is less than 10 in many cases of practical relevance. Interestingly, $K^\star$ depends strongly on the processing scheme and hence it is unfair to compare different schemes using the same $K$ .

TL;DR: In this article, a multimodal energy supplying charging pile, comprising a control module, an electric quantity detection module, a light intensity sensor, a photovoltaic panel, a power supply terminal, a first switch, a second switch, multiple storage batteries and discharge switches in one-to-one correspondence with the storage batteries, is presented.
Abstract: The invention discloses a multimodal energy supplying charging pile, comprising a control module, an electric quantity detection module, a light intensity sensor, a photovoltaic panel, a power supplyterminal, a first switch, a second switch, multiple storage batteries and discharge switches in one-to-one correspondence with the storage batteries. The multimodal energy supplying charging pile provided by the invention can directly provide solar power by virtue of the photovoltaic panel when sunlight is strong, and electric energy is saved; storage battery power supply can be realized, so thatfirstly solar energy is stored by virtue of the storage batteries and utilization rate of the solar energy is improved, and secondly auxiliary power supply can be carried out when power is supplied bythe photovoltaic panel and voltage can be stabilized; and power can be supplied directly by virtue of a power grid, so that stable voltage can be provided when the solar energy is not enough and dependence of the charging pile on the solar energy is reduced.
