Yi Wen Huang,Chia Long Lee,Sien-Sing Yang,Szu Chieh Fu,Yun Yi Chen,Ting Chuan Wang,Jui Ting Hu,Ding-Shinn Chen +7 more
TL;DR: CHB patients who receive statin therapy have a dose-dependent reduction in the risk of cirrhosis and its decompensation, and statins were still an independent protector against Cirrhosis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Prenatal diagnosis of maternal uniparental disomy 21 in association with low-level mosaic trisomy 21 at amniocentesis in a pregnancy associated with intrauterine growth restriction and a favorable outcome.
Chih-Ping Chen,Jui-Der Liou,Schu-Rern Chern,Peih-Shan Wu,Shin-Wen Chen,Fang-Tzu Wu,Meng-Shan Lee,Yun Yi Chen,Wayseen Wang +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a 42-year-old, gravida 2, para 0, woman underwent amniocentesis at 17 weeks of gestation because of advanced maternal age and the results showed that the maternal trisomy 21 was associated with intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR).
Journal ArticleDOI
Cytogenetic discrepancy between uncultured amniocytes and cultured amniocytes in mosaic trisomy 18 at amniocentesis in a pregnancy with a favorable fetal outcome and maternal uniparental disomy 18.
Chih-Ping Chen,Jun-Wei Su,Schu-Rern Chern,Peih-Shan Wu,Shin-Wen Chen,Fang-Tzu Wu,Wen-Lin Chen,Meng-Shan Lee,Chen-Wen Pan,Yun Yi Chen,Wayseen Wang +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors presented prenatal diagnosis of mosaic trisomy 18 in a pregnancy with a favorable fetal outcome and maternal uniparental disomy 18, and the parents were phenotypically normal.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cytogenetic discrepancy between cultured amniocytes and uncultured amniocytes in mosaic 46,XX,dup(9)(q22.3q34.1)/46,XX at amniocentesis in a pregnancy with a favorable outcome.
Chih-Ping Chen,Jun-Wei Su,Schu-Rern Chern,Peih-Shan Wu,Shin-Wen Chen,Fang-Tzu Wu,Yun Yi Chen,Wen-Lin Chen,Meng-Shan Lee,Chen-Wen Pan,Wayseen Wang +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the cytogenetic discrepancy between cultured amniocytes and uncultured amniocyte in mosaic dup(9) (q22.3q34.1) at amniocentesis in a pregnancy with a favorable outcome was observed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cytogenetic discrepancy between cultured amniocytes and uncultured amniocytes in mosaic trisomy 20 at amniocentesis in a pregnancy with a favorable outcome.
Chih-Ping Chen,Yi Hui Lin,Peih-Shan Wu,Schu-Rern Chern,Shin-Wen Chen,Fang-Tzu Wu,Chen-Chi Lee,Chen-Wen Pan,Yun Yi Chen,Wayseen Wang +9 more
TL;DR: In this article , a 35-year-old woman underwent amniocentesis at 16 weeks of gestation because of advanced maternal age and after genetic counseling, the woman underwent repeat amniocentricysis at 20 weeks gestation, and a phenotypically normal 3120g female baby was delivered.
