Stem Cell Secretome Promotes Scarless Corneal Wound Healing and Rescues Corneal Sensory Nerves

TL;DR: It is uncovered that CSSC secretome dampens inflammation, reduces fibrosis, induces sensory nerve regeneration, and rescues corneal cells by inhibiting the complement system in the wounded mouse corneas.

A two steps method of resources utilization predication for large Hadoop data center

TL;DR: A new method to predict utilization for large‐scale Hadoop clusters using a parallel‐batch‐task‐based (PBT) model, which represents the behavior of real Hadoops applications by integrating the single task model, is introduced.

Method for automatically tuning Hadoop parameters based on micro-operations

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for automatically tuning Hadoop parameters based on micro-operations is proposed, which mainly comprisesthe steps of determining different stages and different types of microoperations by decoupling a mapreduce task, then establishing a model of a single execution time and a single processing data volume according to the selected micro-operation, reconstructing the running process according to an established model to obtain a relationship between stage running time and system parameters, and finally finding a parameter combination that minimizes the running time of the task in the model.

Efficacy and safety of firwst-line immune checkpoint inhibitors combined with chemotherapy for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer: A network meta-analysis.

TL;DR: In this paper , the efficacy and safety of first-line immune checkpoint inhibitors plus chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) remains unevaluated, and there are no reports to directly compare the efficacy of different immunotherapy (especially adebrelimab and surplulimab).
