The process comprises the following steps of: a, adopting a metal mold low-pressure casting process, wherein the pouring temperature is between 690 and 735 DEG C, and the die preheating temperature is between 250 and 350 DEG C; b, performing thinning in a smelting furnace, adjusting the content of iron and silicon in aluminum liquid, performing metamorphosis in a refining pack and nitrogen-blowing refining outside the furnace, and adjusting the content of magnesium, strontium andtitanium in the aluminum liquid; c, adding a cooling pipe to a thick and big part of the wheel to perform quick cooling, and filling insulation cotton on the periphery of a side die to slow down the cooling speed of the middle part of a wheel rim so as to realize solidification in order; and d, cooling a wheel cast and putting the wheel cast into a heat treatment kiln to perform solution and aging treatment. In the process, suitable pouring temperature and reasonable cooling measures are adopted to effectively realize feeding and shrinkage of the cast; in the pouring process, a filter screen is arranged at a riser tube to effectively prevent inclusions; and through the control of key technological parameters, the product quality of the 8356 type A356 aluminum alloy wheel cast is ensured.

Nanometer-level aging precipitation strengthening phase is formed by the pre-aging treatment, and dislocation configuration generated from the subsequent cold deformation can be changed, so as to improve the strength, ductility and toughness of the alloy; during the cold deformation, nanometer-level atomic clusters will precipitate out from solute atoms precipitated during the pre-aging treatment, or ''pinning'' air mass is formed around the dislocation structure, thus further raising the strength of the alloy. The precipitated precipitation strengthening phase is nanometer level, thus raising the ductility and toughness of the alloy and markedly enhancing the strength of the alloy on the basis of guaranteeing good plasticity. The technological process provided by the invention is simple, is convenient to operate, can be adopted to markedly raise comprehensive performance such as the strength and plasticity of the aluminium alloy and improve the corrosion resistant performance and fatigue resistant performance of the aluminium alloy, and is suitable for industrial application.

Heat treatment technology for markedly raising comprehensive performance of aluminium alloy

The invention aims to develop a two-step aging heat treatment technology for an A356 aluminum alloy. The strength and the plasticity of the A356 aluminum alloy can be improved with the technology. The technology specifically comprises steps as follows: (1) solid solution treatment: keeping the A356 alloy at the temperature of 535-540 DEG C for 4.5-6 h, and then quenching the A356 alloy in water at the water temperature of 60-80 DEG C for 3-5 min; (2) two-step aging treatment: firstly, performing pre-aging on the aluminum alloy after the solid solution treatment at the temperature of 100-120 DEG C for 60-90 min, and then performing final aging treatment on the aluminum alloy at the temperature of 160-180 DEG C for 30-60 min. The technology is simple and easy to operate, the tensile strength of the A356 aluminum alloy after two-step aging is about 280 MPa, the elongation can reach 10%, and the two-step aging heat treatment effect is better than the traditional heat treatment effect.

Two-step aging heat treatment technology for aluminum alloy

The invention discloses a low-pressure casting process for a turbocharger compressor casing. The low-pressure casting process includes the specific steps: firstly, sintering high-strength coated sand to make a core; secondly, casting aluminum alloy materials on a gravity casting machine at the casting temperature of 700-740 DEG C and under the inflation pressure of 1-3.8MPa; thirdly, removing flashes, burrs, pouring gates and the like of a casting; fourthly, heating the casting to reach the temperature of 535-545 DEG C and keeping the temperature for 2-3H to perform solution aging; fifthly, placing the casting into water at the temperature of 50-80 DEG C for manual quenching; sixthly, heating the casting to reach the temperature of 195-205 DEG C and keeping the temperature for 2-3H; seventhly, cooing the casting by air; and eighthly, performing shot blasting, polishing, machining, deoiling and cleaning. The turbocharger compressor casing produced by the casting process has a complicated internal structure, a thin uniform wall thickness and fine mechanical performances, cutting performances and mechanical properties.

Low-pressure casting process for turbocharger compressor casing

This invention relates to a method for thermal treatment of high-efficiency and high-performance low-pressure die casting A356 alloy wheel. The method comprises: performing solid solution treatment at 535-545 deg.C for 5-7 h, quenching, performing low-temperature pre-aging treatment, and then performing aging treatment at 175-185 deg.C for 3-5 h immediately. The method has such advantages as shortened solid solution treatment time, shortened aging treatment time, high strength of low-pressure die casting A356 alloy wheel, shortened thermal treatment period, increased production efficiency, and improved mechanical properties of low-pressure die casting A356 alloy wheel.
