Granulomatous interstitial nephritis in a renal allograft.

TL;DR: It is considered that the aggravated granulomatous inflammation on the allograft was caused by recurrent sarcoidosis accompanied by hyperoxaluria, which resulted in progressive deterioration in kidney function over a period of 20 years.

Recurrence of Henoch–Schönlein purpura nephritis superimposed on severe pre‐eclampsia in a kidney transplant patient

TL;DR: A case of recurrent HSPN complicating severe pre‐eclampsia six yr after transplantation of a 31‐yr‐old woman who had received a living‐related kidney transplant at age 25 became pregnant and a biopsy conducted seven months postpartum suggested recurrent H SPN on her renal allograft.
