The invention relates to a plugging-resistant freeze-resistant pervious concrete pavement brick. The plugging-resistant freeze-resistant pervious concrete pavement brick mainly comprises a plugging-resistant surface layer and a base layer, wherein the plugging-resistant surface layer is positioned on the base layer and consists of the following materials components in a compounding ratio and in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of cement, 310-360 parts of coarse sand, 7-11 parts of silica fume, 6-10 parts of VAE emulsion, 25-35 parts of water and 0.8-1.2 parts of a water reducing agent; the base layer consists of the following material components in the compounding ratio and in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of cement, 220-260 parts of pebbles, 70-110 parts of coarse sand, 8-12 parts of silica fume, 8-12 parts of VAE emulsion, 0.1-0.4 of polyethylene fibers, 25-35 parts of water and 0.8-1.2 parts of a water reducing agent. New material components are designed, so that the concrete brick provided by the invention has good pervious freeze-thaw resistant effects and is not easy to plug.

Plugging-resistant freeze-resistant pervious concrete pavement brick and manufacturing method

The invention provides blockage-resistant pervious concrete. The water glue ratio of the blockage-resistant pervious concrete is 0.28-0.38. The blockage-resistant pervious concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 22-30 parts of silicate cement, 34-42 parts of macadam, 24-32 parts of quartz sand, 2-5 parts of pulverized coal ash, 3-6 parts of micro powder of ore residues, 0.3-0.5 part of modified polypropylene fibers, 1-3 parts of redispersible latex powder, 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent and water. According to the blockage-resistant pervious concrete disclosed by the invention, the pervious principle of conventional concrete with macropore is changed, the perviousness of the concrete is improved by using functional material components namely the modified polypropylene fibers, and the macadam and the quartz sand are matched for use, so that the small pore rate of the concrete is guaranteed, the modified polypropylene fibers and the small pores of the concrete are utilized for perviousness, and massive suspending particles or organic fine particles are prevented from entering large pores to block the pores along with water currents; and the modified polypropylene fibers are used and are effectively combined with other components in the pervious concrete, so that the perviousness of the pervious concrete is further improved.

Blockage-resistant pervious concrete as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses water permeable concrete and a water permeable concrete pipe for collecting rainwater. The water permeable concrete is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of cement, 220-270 parts of stones, 70-100 parts of coarse sand, 7-13 parts of silica fume or coal fly ash, 6-13 parts of a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 0.1-0.3 part of a polyethylene fiber, 25-35 parts of water, and 0.8-1.3 part of a water reducing agent. The water permeable concrete pipe is formed by bonding an arc-shaped pipe wall prepared from the water permeable concrete with an ordinary concrete pipe wall; when in use, the ordinary concrete pipe wall is placed at the lower side, and the pipe wall prepared from the water permeable concrete is placed at the upper side. The prepared concrete pipe enables the water permeable coefficient to reach 1-2 mm/s, also can guarantee that the pore diameter is small and uniform, and effectively prevents blocking of pores.

The high-strength permeable fiber concrete comprises cement, an additive, water, cobblestones and high-strength engineering fibers, the weight of the high-strength engineering fibers is above 3% of the weight of cement and is less than 0.8% of the total weight of the concrete. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the high-strength permeable fiber concrete. The high-strength permeable fiber concrete is obtained through organically combining common permeable concrete with permeable fiber concrete, and is a novel antifreeze permeable concrete having a high strength and a freeze-thaw resistance. The high-strength permeable fiber concrete can substantially improve the construction quality to substantially reduce the road maintenance and repairing rates in northern cold regions, so the durability and the safety of a pavement are guaranteed.

High-strength permeable fiber concrete and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a permeable alkali slag concrete suitable for heavy load pavements. The concrete is composed of the following components by mass: 70-79 parts of aggregate; 16-20 parts of slag; 0-4 parts of an admixture; 0-0.08 part of an additive; 3-6 parts of an activator; and 3-4 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the permeable alkali slag concrete. The method uses alkali slag as the cementitious material, and optimizes the water glass, slag and gravel components to prepare the permeable concrete. Compared with problems of low compressive strength, poor durability and difficult applicability to heavy load pavements in existing permeable concrete, the permeable alkali slag concrete obtained by the invention has certain water permeability, high compressive strength and good wear resistance. The permeable concrete also has good anti-stripping ability and excellent long-term usability.

Permeable alkali slag concrete suitable for heavy load pavements and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a high-strength fiber pervious concrete pavement brick and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength fiber pervious concrete pavement brick is formed by stirring, distributing, extruding materials such as single-sized aggregate (quartz sand, broken stones), P.O42.5 cement, modified polypropylene fiber as a reinforcing material, an air-entraining hardening accelerator, and water. The aggregate gradation has no continuity, a large quantity of connecting pores exist in a structure, so the pervious concrete pavement brick is a porous concrete product with a large quantity of non-closed pores inside. During the rain or when water is accumulated on a road surface, the water can successfully permeate into the underground or is temporarily stored in a pervious subgrade along the perforative 'paths' in the pervious concrete pavement brick and then is further drained.
