Stabilität von Perowskit‐Solarzellen: Einfluss der Substitution von A‐Kation und X‐Anion

TL;DR: In this paper, aktuelle Fortschritte zum Verbessern der chemischen Stabilitat von Perowskit-materialien durch Substitution von A-Kation and X-Anion are presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ultra-thin MoS2 nanosheet for electron transport layer of perovskite solar cells

TL;DR: In this article, a planar few atoms (5 monolayer or 5L) thick MoS2 nanosheets synthesized directly onto the ITO substrate allows a facile interfacial charge transfer and transport as judged from the open circuit voltage (Voc) value, steady state photoluminescence and external quantum efficiency (EQE) analysis results.
Journal ArticleDOI

Highly efficient flexible perovskite solar cells with vacuum-assisted low-temperature annealed SnO2 electron transport layer

TL;DR: In this paper, a vacuum-assisted low-temperature annealing method was proposed for flexible perovskite solar cells (PSCs), which not only improved the efficiency of flexible PSCs but also showed robust bending stability with 86.8% of the initial efficiency.
Journal ArticleDOI

Highly Efficient 1D/3D Ferroelectric Perovskite Solar Cell

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented a novel and facile approach of combining state-of-the-art light absorption and electric transport properties with ferroelectricity by the incorporation of room temperature 1D/3D mixed OIHP with 3D organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite.
