Scientometric review of proton-conducting solid oxide fuel cells

TL;DR: Proton-conducting solid oxide fuel cells (P-SOFCs) have attracted significant attention in the past few years because of their superiority over the oxygen-ionconducting solvents in terms of better feasibility of efficient operation at lower temperatures, non-dilution of fuel at the anode, and higher theoretical efficiency as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of cathode thickness and microstructural properties on the performance of protonic ceramic fuel cell (PCFC): A 3D modelling study

TL;DR: In this paper, a 3D model focusing on the cathode thickness and microstructure design is developed due to the high overpotential loss of the cathodes, and the rib-size effects on the PCFC performance are fully considered when optimizing the crosstructure.
