The submerged arc heat source is adopted for conducting additive manufacturing on steel, the structure of the whole component is obviously refined due to the unique multiple welding heat cyclically-induced endogenous heat treatment function, the problem about anisotropy is thoroughly solved, and the excellent low-temperature impact tenacity is particularly obtained. Wide application prospects are achieved in rapid manufacturing of a large-wall-thickness complex steel component.
