TL;DR: In this article , the authors used the corporate governance mechanism as the independent variable and the financial financial performance variable as the dependent variable to evaluate the impact of Islamic banks on the performance.
Abstract: Every year Islamic banking has progressed quite rapidly to compete in the financial sector. By offering lower interest rates and some tips that attract the attention of Islamic banking consumers, it is enough to attract people to use the financial services of the bank. To make customers more comfortable and interested in using the services of a bank, there are several mechanisms that are applied, and in this study the researchers used the corporate governance mechanism as the independent variable and the financial financial performance variable as the dependent variable. By using a quantitative descriptive approach by distributing several questionnaires to respondents who have been determined by the researcher to get results on a Likert scale. From the results of research processed using the help of several SPSS 21 applications, it shows that directors and institutional ownership have a positive influence on the performance of Islamic banks.

TL;DR: In this article , the impact of Islamic banking merger policies on market conditions is analyzed, and it is shown that the market becomes more competitive or will it become more concentrated after the merger.
Abstract: Merger is the merging of two or more companies so that the company becomes better and creates new dynamics. Besides that, it creates efficiency and increases market share, expands the business that is run and has stronger competitiveness. This is the goal of the merger of 3 state-owned Islamic banks including BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah and Bank Mandiri Syariah to become Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Bank mergers are deemed necessary in order to create a better bank which in the end can have a significant and positive impact on a banking system that is healthy, efficient, resilient and able to compete in the increasingly tight and competitive global economy and free market. This series of mergers clearly reduced the number of banks. This raises important issues, including whether the smaller number of banks has reduced or even increased the concentration of the banking industry. In addition, it is also interesting to analyze the impact of the merger on the level of banking competition. This study aims to assess the impact of Islamic banking merger policies on market conditions. After the merger, will the market become more competitive or will it become more concentrated? The research method used is literature study. The structure variable is seen from the total assets and market share, the conduct variable is seen through the merger policy. Meanwhile, in analyzing the Performance variable, it is measured through Profit. After analyzing the structure-conduct performance (SCP) by assessing the impact of the sharia banking merger policy, it will be seen that the market is becoming more concentrated or becoming more competitive.

Abstract: The current study dealt with the issue of the women’s guardianship over their underage children, in which it was found that the woman (the mother) has the legitimate and legal right of guardianship on her non-adult children. The study also dealt with the variance in the arrangement and order of guardianship. For instance, in Islamic jurisprudence, the mother’s rank in guardianship order came after the father and grandfather, but before the guardian. Nevertheless, in the Algerian legislation, the mother was classified directly after the father. This research also came to a conclusion that the guardianship should be transferred to the mother if the father dies. Otherwise, in the case of the father’s absence or any other impediment, the mother takes in charge only the urgent matters of her children.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors used a descriptive qualitative approach to evaluate the study of Islamic education in Indonesia, including limited government power, disagreements with a problem, subjectivity in interpretation, limitations in resource management research, and complexity of human behavior.
Abstract: Islamic educational institutions such as madrasahs and islamic boarding schools have succeeded in building a human disposition with a religious culture that loves the Republic of Indonesia. Even so, there is still a skewed view of the informal institution. According to the assessment of some people, the output or autcame of madrasah institutions and islamic boarding schools is less noticed by the job market. This skewed view is refuted through the existence of madrasas and islamic boarding schools which are increasingly believed to give birth to Muslim scholars. The method used is descriptive qualitative. While the approach used is literature. The results of the analysis get the following findings, the Islamic Education policy from time to time experiences quite heavy dynamics. Islamic education in the Dutch era was subjected to acts of policy discrimination. Islamic education only got a breath of fresh air after the dutch leadership fell to the Japanese. The journey of Islamic education can be said to have truly become independent after Indonesia became independent. There are five problems in the effort to evaluate the study of Islamic Education in Indonesia, including limited government power, disagreements with a problem, subjectivity in interpretation, limitations in resource management research, and complexity of human behavior.

Furthermore, on item P2 a score of 0.766 was obtained, P4 a score of 0.898 and P5 a score of 0.905 using the r-table significance test of 0.765, meaning that items P2, P4 and P5 were declared valid because the r-count value was greater than r-table.
