TL;DR: In this paper , the authors discuss the satisfaction of four end-delivery modes by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and find that the total weight of intelligent express cabinet is the highest, which can be promoted on a large scale under the conditions of various use and construction.
Abstract: The COVID-19 epidemic has affected consumers’ choice of end-delivery mode. Based on the questionnaire, this article discusses the satisfaction of four end-delivery modes by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). It is found that the total weight of intelligent express cabinet is the highest, which can be promoted on a large scale under the conditions of various use and construction. There is not much difference between the total weight of the mobile self-pickup vehicle and the intelligent express cabinet, with great development potential. The total weight of the community property/doorkeeper collection end-delivery mode ranks the third, which has been accepted by numerous consumers, so as to further optimize the service. The community pick-up station model has a low weight and still needs further improvement. In the post-epidemic era, the end-delivery mode of express enterprises should develop towards the trends such as intelligent unmanned delivery and end collaborative delivery.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors used the least squares regression (OLS) and other three models to evaluate the hedging ratio and efficiency before and after the epidemic, taking May 19, 2016 to September 26, 2018 to build different models as in-sample data, September 27, 2018, toJanuary 23, 2020 (before the epidemic) as out-ofsample data I, and January 24, 2020 to May 21, 2021 (after the outbreak of epidemic).
Abstract: The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 brought a heavy impact on China’s economy. Then the rampant spread of the epidemic has caused a negative impact on the world’s major economies. As a traditional hedging tool, the price of gold has reached an unprecedented level after the outbreak of the epidemic, which has a certain impact on the normal operation of the entity enterprises in the gold industry. In this paper, we use the least squares regression (OLS) and other three models to evaluate the hedging ratio and efficiency before and after the epidemic, taking May 19, 2016 to September 26, 2018 to build different models as in-sample data, September 27, 2018 toJanuary 23, 2020 (before the epidemic) as out-of-sample data I, and January 24, 2020 to May 21, 2021 (after the outbreak of epidemic) as out-of-sample data II, which produce specific hedging effectiveness of gold futures in international and domestic markets. The empirical results show that hedging in futures market can significantly reduce the price risk of gold, and the hedging efficiency of international gold futures market is higher than that of domestic gold futures market. In a word, in the process of exacerbation of the volatility of gold price in spot market, the hedging efficiency after the outbreak of COVID-19 is lower than that before the outbreak, and hedging efficiency of gold futures in the international market decreased more than that in China. And in terms of hedging models, ECM, BVAR can perform better than OLS. in the domestic market ECM can perform best, then BVAR and OLS worst; In international market, hedging efficiency of OLS and ECM in period I (out-of-sample data I) is higher than that of BVAR, while BVAR in period II (out-of-sample data II) is better than that of ECM and OLS.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper used AHP + fuzzy to evaluate the credit risk level of suppliers and uses Logistic regression to predict the credit risks of consumers, which has obvious advantages for evaluating incomplete and uncertain information indicators, and Logistic has certain advantages for multi-level and multi-index evaluation.
Abstract: Against the backdrop of constant impact from new technological revolution and the outbreak of COVID-19, more attention has been paid to solving the difficulties of financing small, medium and micro enterprises, which has facilitated the continuous development of supply chain finance. The online supply chain finance with the advantages of fast financing and easy operation has replaced the traditional supply chain finance with the drawbacks of opaque information and complicated intermediate links, providing a broader platform for the development of domestic large and small enterprises. The risk evaluation of online supply chain financial entities mainly focuses on supplier credit risk and consumer credit risk. This article establishes a comprehensive evaluation method AHP + fuzzy to evaluate the credit risk level of suppliers and uses Logistic regression to predict the credit risk of consumers. It is found that AHP + fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has obvious advantages for evaluating incomplete and uncertain information indicators, and that Logistic has certain advantages for multi-level and multi-index evaluation. Meanwhile, with JD as an example, the optimization plan is summarized.

TL;DR: In this paper , a two-stage task offloading approach is proposed to ensure low latency while reducing the energy consumption of edge computing units and cloud computing centers in mobile edge computing environment.
Abstract: Task scheduling is one of the key technologies in edge computing. End devices can significantly improve the quality of service by offloading some latency-sensitive tasks to edge servers, but a large amount of power and compute units are wasted. Therefore, this paper proposes a two-stage task offloading approach to ensure low latency while reducing the energy consumption of edge computing units and cloud computing centers. The mobile edge computing environment contains edge computing nodes as well as cloud computing centers. A two-stage processing mechanism based on deep Q-learning is used to automatically generate optimal long-term scheduling decisions that reduce power consumption while ensuring quality of service. Imitation learning is also used in the reinforcement learning process to reduce the training time of the optimal policy. To evaluate the effectiveness of the model, we use the Shortest job first (SJF) algorithm and the Heterogeneous Earliest Finish Time (HEFT) into as comparison algorithms, comparing the running time and energy consumption as a measure. Our proposed algorithm has 13% more running time but 34% lower average energy consumption compared to other algorithms.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the trade effects of the additional tariffs from dual margins perspective, using monthly import data of the US with its 20 top partners in 2017-2019.
Abstract: Based on the reality that the US imposed additional tariffs on Chinese products in 2018–2019, this paper probes into the trade effects of the additional tariffs from dual margins perspective, using monthly import data of the US with its 20 top partners in 2017–2019. The results show that the US imports from China have decreased with the imposition of additional tariffs. It is mainly reflected in the decrease of the intensive margin of the tariff-targeted products, that is, the proportion of the US import from China relative to world has decreased. The conclusion is still stable when expanding the sample of the tariff-targeted products and using 2 months lagged tariffs on China. From the perspective of product heterogeneity: the additional tariffs reduce the imports of existing consumer and capital products on the list along the intensive margin, but have no effect on the imports of intermediate products. We also find the US additional tariffs don’t increase its imports from the third-party markets on the tariff-targeted products and from China on the non-tariff-targeted products.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper used correlation analysis, stationarity test, VAR model building, Johansen cointegration test, Granger causality test and variance decomposition to test the price discovery function of rubber futures and spot in China and Japan from 2014 to 2019 and from 2015 to 2020.
Abstract: The price discovery function of futures market is the basis of hedging and risk hedging for spot producers. It is also the key to expand China’s market to the world and enhance China’s power of pricing in the world. In this paper, correlation analysis, stationarity test, VAR model building, Johansen co-integration test, Granger causality test and variance decomposition are respectively used to test the price discovery function of rubber futures and spot in China and Japan from 2014 to 2019 and from 2015 to 2020. And make a comparative analysis of different periods. In rubber futures, there is a guiding relationship between futures price and spot price in the two periods, and the discovery function of futures price is significant, and the influence of futures market price on spot market price is dominant in the two periods. At the same time, based on the above analysis results, this paper puts forward a series of prospects for China’s rubber futures market.

TL;DR: In this article , the differences in EEG characteristics and brain activity between experts and novices while aiming and shooting in real shooting environments were explored using wavelet packet energy analysis method.
Abstract: Attention is the most important psychological factor affecting shooting performance. The wavelet packet energy analysis method was used to explore the differences in EEG characteristics and brain activity between experts and novices while aiming and shooting in real shooting environments. Results show that the frontal and occipital regions of novices were more active when they were aiming, while the frontal, central, and occipital regions of experts were more active when they were shooting. Overall, the frontal, central, and occipital regions of novices were more active (p < 0.05), whereas for experts, it was the frontal, central, parietal, and occipital regions that were more active (p < 0.05). Brain activity was mainly concentrated in the left hemisphere of the brain for experts, indicating that they began to take action when aiming and had higher neural efficiency. This study can help the selection and training of personnel for typical tasks that require attention by monitoring and analyzing the EEG signals of operators of different skill levels.

TL;DR: Based on the data of China's export of agricultural products to 57 countries along "The Belt and Road" from 1995 to 2019 in the UN Comrade Database, the extended gravity model is used to empirically analyze the impact of logistics performance on China's agricultural exports to countries along the route as mentioned in this paper .
Abstract: “The Belt and Road” initiative has enabled China to develop exchanges and cooperation with more countries, and it also provides opportunities for the development of agricultural trade. Based on the data of China’s export of agricultural products to 57 countries along “The Belt and Road” from 1995 to 2019 in the UN Comrade Database, the extended gravity model is used to empirically analyze the impact of logistics performance on China’s agricultural exports to countries along the route. The biggest impact in logistics performance is the ability of tracking and tracing. According to the classification of this variable and its average value, we did a study on different type of countries. The conclusion is that priority should be given to improving the logistics infrastructure quality on the basis of improving the ability of tracking and tracing for countries with a strong ability of tracking and tracing under limited resources. Countries with poor ability of tracking and tracing should give priority to improving the convenience of international shipments on the basis of improving their ability of tracking and tracing to improve China’s agricultural exports.
