Abstract: Cloud Computing, nowadays used for saving cost, space, computer hardware and software, can be implemented on a newly designed system with cloud computing approach is a solution for remote districts, villages in hilarious regions where mobile network exists. First it can be implemented on animals and then if successful can be implemented on human beings. It provides better solution for the patients admitted in a veterinary hospital first and then hospital or primary health center for humans. The developing countries are still fighting with less number of doctors in those areas and sometime in town or big cities are also searching for certain specialist medical practitioners opinion. The situation is already worst for poor and illiterate people in terms of finding a doctor in such area. So it is easily understandable for animals, it's horrible. Existing system in major parts are based on manual paper work and independent standalone applications in some districts'/ small towns' hospitals and primary health centers which results in waste of resources, high construction and maintenance costs and difficult to manage and maintain. The main objective of proposing cloud based solution is to reduce the cost (construction and maintenance), to reduce data loss risk, to gather all the hospitals on one platform to better access patients' medical information for easy management and maintenance. The proposed cloud computing solution is intended to be used by hospitals and primary health centers of third world countries; however the solution is generic and can be used by hospitals of any country and the community based hospitals. This approach also saves a massive amount of paper works and be able to save trees to fulfill one step ahead to the greener world. In future the proposed system will have a huge impact on saving animal and human life and we will feel goodness by dedicating this system for humankind. Some people will laugh at using clouds for animals but we do strongly believe in the fact that all the creations are made by the godfather for all and each of them have equal rights to get facilities in this new era of cloud technologies.

Abstract: This paper uses a set of hybrid functions (HF) formed by a combination of sample-and-hold function (SHF) set and triangular function (TF) set. The SHF set has been applied for analysing sample-and-hold control systems and the TF set has been proved to be efficient for obtaining piecewise linear solutions of control systems. In the present work, the HF set has been employed for the analysis and synthesis of homogeneous as well as non-homogeneous time-varying control systems in state space. The HF set works with function samples, and is thus useful for building an easier algorithm for time-varying system analysis. After developing necessary theories, a few examples are treated to illustrate the efficiency as well as simplicity of the approach. The results thus obtained are compared with the results obtained via traditional analysis, and relevant tables and graphs are included to justify the case for hybrid functions.

Abstract: CDroid is the next generation technology which will be used with clouds to get benefits from it. The twenty first century made us smart enough, it is now mandatory to save power consumption as much as for the sake of financial, environmental stability. It is equally important for national security and mankind. Today a huge number of populations in the world is worried about Smartphone batteries. They are huge consumer of energy when using several apps. Our system is to develop Cloud Computing with CDroid Operation System that is based on Fujitsu Server for Mobile Technology, which is completely used for saving energy, enhancing battery life and saving processor cycles more than ever of mobile phone, sharing data and faster access. The system shares both the memory of server and phone as well by using offloading mechanism. The mobile cloud computing concept helps several things to conserve power. The newest Fujitsu server provides world’s fastest processing. We had described thoroughly the architecture of newly proposed system. This will be one more step towards the quickest changing cell phone technology. The hybrid cloud computing mobile technology for the next generation will be ready for our world within few years.

Abstract: A novel technique for developing a self organized Back Propagation Artificial Neural Networks (BPANNs) or simply Back Propagation Neural Network (BPN) with the help of swarm Intelligence (SI) technique. This paper proposes an overlapping swarm intelligence algorithm for training of neural networks in which a particle swarm is assigned to each neuron to search for that neuron’s weights. The training of ANN is a difficult task when it’s get into the local minima and causes the low learning rates; it is required of an evolutionary multi dimensional algorithm to seek optimal weight values, the positional optimum values and the dimensional optimum in values in the dynamic problem space. The approach discussed throughout in this paper is the credit assignment process by first focusing on updating weights and biases swarms Intelligence and then evaluating the fitness of the particles using a network. With the proper adaptation of the SI-BPN process, the proposed method can develop an optimum network within an architecture space for a particular problem. Additionally, it provides a class list of all other potential configurations. This algorithm will provide superior learning ability to the traditional Back-Propagation (BP) method in terms of accuracy and speed.
