TL;DR: In this paper, a cyclic intermediate for deoximination of aldoximes and ketoximes by pyridium fluorochromate is described. But this intermediate is not a cyclically-decomposition intermediate.
Abstract: Oxidative deoximination of aldoximes and ketoximes by pyridium fluorochromate proceeds by nucleophilic attack of the chromate oxygen on the oxime carbon to give a cyclic intermediate in the rate-determining step.

TL;DR: In this article, a simple condition for metallurgical instability useful in the development of processing maps for analyzing the high temperature forming of metals, is used, which can be applied for any type of flow stress versus strain rate curve.
Abstract: A simple condition for metallurgical instability useful in the development of processing maps for analyzing the high temperature forming of metals, is used. This condition is deduced following a criterion based on continuum principles as applied to large plastic flow proposed by Ziegler, which can be applied for any type of flow stress versus strain rate curve. This criterion has been validated using the flow stress data of a α 2 /O titanium aluminide alloy Ti-25Al-15Nb with microstructural observations. The optimum hot working conditions are suggested for this material based on the processing map.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors describe a method for the Oxidation of thioacids by hexamethylenetetetramine-bromine (HENB) with a pre-equilibrium and its subsequent decomposition in the slow step.
Abstract: Oxidation of thioacids by hexamethylenetetramine-bromine proceeds through an intermediate complex in the pre-equilibrium and its subsequent decomposition in the slow step.

TL;DR: In this article, a mechanism involving a hydride-ion transfer from oxyacids to the oxidant in the rate-determining step was proposed for the BTMACB process.
Abstract: The oxidation of lower phosphorus oxyacids by benzyltrimethylammonium chlorobromate (BTMACB) proceeds by a mechanism involving a hydride-ion transfer from oxyacids to the oxidant in the rate-determining step.
