TL;DR: In this paper, a phase advance optimization circuit is used to optimize the phase advance angle to maximize the output torque of the motor and mimique the phase current in a multiphase permanent magnet motor.
Abstract: A control system for a multiphase permanent magnet motor having a controller for producing a control signal to energize each phase winding. The controller includes a current value calculator for determining a value of phase current advanced in phase with respect to back-EMF by a phase advance angle, and a phase advance optimization circuit for producing a value of the phase advance angle optimized so as to maximize output torque of the motor and mimimize the phase current. The phase advance optimization circuit determines the phase advance angle optimized for each phase of the motor.

TL;DR: In this paper, a method for assembling machines using multiple, structurally equivalent components is presented, where the characteristics of each component are tested and sorted into component classes using the test information. Individual components are selected from the classes and combined in a manner that, when combined, will provide desired price/performance characteristics in the machine.
Abstract: A method for assembling machines using multiple, structurally equivalent components. The characteristics of each component are tested. The tested components are sorted into component classes using the test information. Individual components are selected from the classes and combined in a manner that, when combined, will provide desired price/performance characteristics in the machine. Machines with improved price/performance characteristics may be assembled without requiring change to the quality of the components, or the manner in which the components are manufactured.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a bidirectional interchange of information between a telephony station and a PROXY to interchange signaling protocol messages, which remains permanent and independent of the establishment of a telephone call.
Abstract: The invention proposes a bidirectional interchange of information between a telephony station and a PROXY to interchange signaling protocol messages 103, 105 - 108, 110 . This bidirectional interchange between the telephony station and the PROXY remains permanent and independent of the establishment of a telephone call. The protocol messages interchanged permanently between the telephony station and the PROXY are short messages that indicate the tones to be used and the DTMF signals. Preferentially, the protocol messages correspond to subscription service notification messages. Following the startup of the telephony station 98 , the telephony station subscribes 99 with the server to a tone service, and the server subscribes 100 with the telephony station to a key press event service.

TL;DR: In this paper, a fixed-means holding element is used to connect two regions of the holding element to the mattress, and the fixing means are connected to the corresponding second regions of holding elements.
Abstract: In the case of a mattress provided with holding elements, a layer can be put on, which layer is provided with fixing means, the layer being removably attached to the mattress. The holding means comprise a long stretched-out, substantially longitudinally stable, flexible element, of which in each case two first regions are connected to the mattress, while second regions, situated in-between, are free. The respective spacing between two second regions is substantially constant; the fixing means are installed on the layer such that they each come to lie at a second region of the holding elements. The fixing means are connectible to the corresponding second regions of the holding elements. With this system, layers can be connected to the mattress in the simplest way.

TL;DR: In this paper, the object lens of an optical apparatus is mounted on a supporting piece with a centering surface for a lens holder, and the movement of the lens holder is controlled by a second ring engaging with the supporting piece using a screw and nut coupling.
Abstract: of EP0990934The mount for the object lens of an optical apparatus, consists of a supporting piece (12) with a centering surface (17a) for a lens holder (11).This is in the form of a ring (14) with a second centering surface (17b). The movement of the lens holder is controlled by a second ring (21) engaging with the supporting piece using a screw and nut coupling (13a,13b). This is connected to the first ring (14) by a ball coupling (22) and supple rings (24), to minimize the play and brake the screw coupling. There is also a control device (20) for the mounting.

TL;DR: The holder for connection of a separate upper portion of a mattress to a lower portion has two long flexible rods (5,6) side-by-side, joined by clamps (12) with hooked ends (13,14) and engaging tongues (9,10) on plates or strips (3,4) fastened to the mattress portions as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: The holder (1) for connection of a separate upper portion of a mattress to a lower portion has two long flexible rods (5,6) side-by-side. They are joined by clamps (12) with hooked ends (13,14) and engaging tongues (9,10) on plates or strips (3,4) fastened to the mattress portions. There are regions with many slits (7,8) with strips of material passing alternately on either side of the rods.
