TL;DR: In this article, the solvability of the equation n = 0.1 for all sufficiently large n is established under some natural congruential conditions and the assumption that n is a fixed large prime.
Abstract: The solvability of the equation n = x 2 + y 2 + 6pz 2 (p is a fixed large prime) is proved under some natural congruential conditions and the assumption nm 12 > p 21. As an implication, the solvability of the equation n = x 2 + y 2 + u 3 + v 3 + z 4 + w 16 + t 4k+1 for all sufficiently large n is established. Bibliography: 13 titles.

TL;DR: Two models to estimate the load for two different user traffic behavior according to Poisson law (without bursts) or Pareto law (with bursts) are proposed.
Abstract: In this paper the approach to the signaling in NGN as a signaling depending on characteristics of the user traffic is validated. We propose two models to estimate the load for two different user traffic behavior according to Poisson law (without bursts) or Pareto law (with bursts).

TL;DR: Semiriarov as discussed by the authors constructed a convex on which there are at least M log 2/log 3 rational points of the form (u/M, v/M) and showed that this convex is convex if and only if
Abstract: A convex are on which there are at least M log 2/log 3 rational points of the form (u/M, v/M) is constructed. Bibliography: 10 titles. Translated from Zapiski Nauchnykh Semiriarov POMI, Vol. 357, 2008, pp. 22–32.
