Abstract: Strengthening on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia needs to be supported by the use and good information systems management. Therefore, business actors are expected to be able to use a operational strategy supported by the use of information systems. Workshop is one of the complex MSMEs with integrated warehousing and financial reporting. The problem faced at this workshop UMKM is that there is no synchronization between the existing stock of goods and the sales stock, as well as reporting both warehouse reporting and financial reporting. For this reason, this study aims to build a web-based MSME information system for tire & rims workshops. In building this system, researchers used the agile software development method, namely SCRUM. This method is used because the system can adjust to the needs of the product owner, which is always changing and fast in processing. The results of this scrum stage, namely the product log, sprint backlog, sprint and working increment of the software, can resolve all problems that occur with regard to time, scope and cost issues so that in the implementation of making this system application can reduce the system requirements gap during the sprint process. So that the system can be completed in accordance with the requirements needed by the user. By using this workshop's UMKM information system, all sales operational activities can be monitored properly and sales and financial reports can be well structured.

Abstract: Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has made people spend more time on online meetings more than ever. The prolonged time looking at the monitor may cause fatigue, which can subsequently impact the mental and physical health. A fatigue detection system is needed to monitor the Internet users well-being. Previous research related to the fatigue detection system used a fuzzy system, but the accuracy was below 85%. In this research, machine learning is used to improve accuracy. Objective: This research examines the combination of the FaceNet algorithm with either k-nearest neighbor (K-NN) or multiclass support vector machine (SVM) to improve the accuracy. Methods: In this study, we used the UTA-RLDD dataset. The features used for fatigue detection come from the face, so the dataset is segmented using the Haar Cascades method, which is then resized. The feature extraction process uses FaceNet's pre-trained algorithm. The extracted features are classified into three classes—focused, unfocused, and fatigue—using the K-NN or multiclass SVM method. Results: The combination between the FaceNet algorithm and K-NN, with a value of resulted in a better accuracy than the FaceNet algorithm with multiclass SVM with the polynomial kernel (at 94.68% and 89.87% respectively). The processing speed of both combinations of methods has allowed for real-time data processing. Conclusion: This research provides an overview of methods for early fatigue detection while working at the computer so that we can limit staring at the computer screen too long and switch places to maintain the health of our eyes.

Abstract: The use of masks on the face in public places is an obligation for everyone because of the Covid-19 pandemic, which claims victims. Indonesia made 3M policies, one of which is to use masks to prevent coronavirus transmission. Currently, several researchers have developed a masked or non-masked face detection system. One of them is using deep learning techniques to classify a masked or non-masked face. Previous research used the MobileNetV2 transfer learning model, which resulted in an F-Measure value below 0.9. Of course, this result made the detection system not accurate enough. In this research, we propose a model with more parameters, namely the DenseNet201 model. The number of parameters of the DenseNet201 model is five times more than that of the MobileNetV2 model. The results obtained from several up to 30 epochs show that the DenseNet201 model produces 99% accuracy when training data. Then, we tested the matching feature on video data, the DenseNet201 model produced an F-Measure value of 0.98, while the MobileNetV2 model only produced an F-measure value of 0.67. These results prove the masked or non-masked face detection system is more accurate using the DenseNet201 model.

Abstract: Smartphone sebagai perangkat yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat saat ini, membuat semakin pesatnya aplikasi berbasis android mendorong masyarakat beralih dan menggunakan. Sistem informasi pariwisata berbasis android Wisata Brebes yang merupakan salah satu alternatif tepat dan bermanfaat untuk sarana mempermudah pengguna dalam melakukan pencarian wisata di Kabupaten Brebes secara instan. Masalah yang terjadi apakah pengguna aplikasi merasa aplikasi wisata Brebes dapat mempermudah pencarian informasi wisata Brebes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi Wisata Brebes menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Hasil pengujian analisis kepuasan pengguna menggunakan responden lokal (Brebes) maupun non lokal (luar kota) dan dianalisis dengan TAM, dalam TAM terdapat 2 pengujian uji t (partial) dan uji f (simultan), pada pengujian partial hanya variabel behavioral intention (variabel independen) yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel attitude toward using (variabel dependen) menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.005 1.992, selanjutnya pada pengujian simultan semua variabel independen pada penelitian berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen menghasilkan nilai signifikansi adalah 0.000 2.49. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi pariwisata ini memiliki pengaruh dalam membantu wisatawan mengetahui wisata yang ada dengan lebih mudah, cepat, dan efisien

Abstract: The development of information technology has reached into various fields, such as education. The emergence of e-learning is one manifestation of information and communication technology (ICT) in education. Until recently, only a few universities (6%) have implemented e-learning in Indonesia. Those that have implemented e-learning are still not optimally utilized. Some experts have also warned all organizations that will adopt e-learning to be concerned with thorough preparation to avoid overruns in costs. There is a method that consists of factors to measure the level of readiness of tertiary institutions towards the implementation of e-learning. The level of readiness is obtained through the distribution of questionnaires using 5 Likert scales. This research proposed a framework that produces four factors from the university, which covers the lecturer’s characteristics, e-learning facilities, learning environment, learning management, and four factors from the student’s side, namely, self-learning, motivation, learner’s control, student’s characteristic. The measurement results show the level of readiness for e-learning implementation in tertiary institutions in Central Java Province reaches level 3 or ready but needs a few improvements. Improvements that must be made includes (1) Designing exciting learning content through interactive multimedia; (2) Increasing the frequency of e-workshops or e-training related to technological developments, especially to e-learning; (3) encouraging students to be more active in discussions and giving opinions; (4) Developing plans related to infrastructure such as servers related to their capacities; (5) strengthening the role of IT units in serving e-learning users.

Abstract: Purpose : This study aims to determine the accuracy of sentiment classification using the Random-Forest, and Word2Vec Skip-gram used for features extraction. Word2Vec is one of the effective methods that represent aspects of word meaning and, it helps to improve sentiment classification accuracy. Methodology : The research data consists of 31947 comments downloaded from the YouTube channel for the 2019 presidential election debate. The dataset consists of 23612 positive comments and 8335 negative comments. To avoid bias, we balance the amount of positive and negative data using oversampling. We use Skip-gram to extract features word. The Skip-gram will produce several features around the word the context (input word). Each of these features contains a weight. The feature weight of each comment is calculated by an average-based approach. Random Forest is used to building a sentiment classification model. Experiments were carried out several times with different epoch and window parameters. The performance of each model experiment was measured by cross-validation. Result : Experiments using epochs 1, 5, and 20 and window sizes of 3, 5, and 10, obtain the average accuracy of the model is 90.1% to 91%. However, the results of testing reach an accuracy between 88.77% and 89.05%. But accuracy of the model little bit lower than the accuracy model also was not significant. In the next experiment, it recommended using the number of epochs and the window size greater than twenty epochs and ten windows, so that accuracy increasing significantly. Value : The number of epoch and window sizes on the Skip-Gram affect accuracy. More and more epoch and window sizes affect increasing the accuracy.

Abstract: Madrasa have a big role in building the Indonesian nation. The challenges of education in the era of globalization are getting bigger. However, many madrasa do not have the quality according to the standard. Therefore it is necessary to rethink the quality culture of madrasa in the global era. This type of research is qualitative research and includes field research. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis techniques that include data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of research conducted by the author on the implementation of quality culture madrasa in MTs Ma'arif NU 4 Kemranjen can be concluded that wujud from the quality culture madrasa (religious culture) in MTs Ma'arif NU 4 Kemranjen as a form of development of pai subject family in accordance with the theory that includes; (1) mushofahah (2) memorization juz 'amma (3) istighasah and prayer together (4) dhuha prayer (5) friday box running (6) congregational dhuhur prayer (7) religious message. While what is not contained in the theory is (1) PHBI (2) reading asmaul husna (3) the use of polite uniforms and covering the aurat (4) pesantren kilat (5) reading yasin and tahlil (6) extra-curricular religious (7) religious tests (8) halal bihalal. The implementation uses a persuasive strategy that emphasizes on accuracy and habituation.

Abstract: Kemacetan jaringan merupakan masalah serius di jaringan internet yang dapat menimbulkan peningkatan jumlah packet loss . Kemacetan juga dapat menjadi beban jaringan sehingga dapat memperlambat koneksi jika tidak ditangani dengan baik, bahkan dapat menyebabkan kelumpuhan dalam jaringan . Transport Control Protocol (TCP) menyediakan mekanisme transfer data yang dapat diandalkan ( reliable ), sehingga aliran data yang dibaca TCP receiver tidak rusak, tanpa duplikasi, dan berurutan. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menguji kualitas pengiriman data Transport Control Protocol (TCP) Window Size 64K menggunakan Algoritma TCP New Reno pada jaringan kabel Fast Ethernet dan Wireless 802.11n. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kemacetan pada jaringan wired dan wireless dengan menggunakan TCP Window Size 64K dan Algoritma TCP New Reno dan membandingkan hasil dari parameter Quality of Service (QoS) yang akan diuji diantaranya adalah throughput, delay, jitter , dan packet loss . Proses simulasi penelitian ini menggunakan Software Riverbed sebagai simulator untuk merancang dan mencari nilai parameter Quality of Service (QoS) pada jaringan wired dan wireless tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa throughput dan delay yang dihasilkan pada jaringan Wireless 802.11n memiliki performa yang lebih baik daripada Wired Fast Ethernet dengan nilai throughput 13050,6 bit/sec dan nilai delay 0,000253344 sec . Adapun jaringan Wired Fast Ethernet memiliki performa jitter dan packet loss yang lebih baik daripada Wireless 802.11n dengan nilai jitter 0,0000000000003 sec dan nilai packet loss 0%. Kata Kunci: Kabel Fast Ethernet , Wireless 802.11n, TCP Window Size 64K, TCP New Reno , Quality of Service (QoS). Congestion Network congestion is a serious problem in internet networks that can cause an increase in the number of packet loss. Congestion can also become a burden on the network so that it can slow down the connection if not handled properly, and can even cause paralysis in the network. The Transport Control Protocol (TCP) provides a reliable data transfer mechanism, so that the data streams that are read by the TCP receiver are not damaged, without duplication, and sequential. In this study, the authors simulated using TCP Window Size 64K with the New Reno TCP Algorithm on Wired Fast Ethernet and Wireless 802.11n. This study conducted a simulation to solve congestion on wired and wireless networks and then compared the results of the Quality of Service (QoS) parameters tested, including throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss. The simulation process of this research uses Riverbed Software as a simulator to design and find the QoS parameter values on the wired and wireless networks. The results of this study indicate that the resulting throughput and delay on the Wireless 802.11n network has better performance than Wired Fast Ethernet with a throughput value of 13050.6 bits / sec and a delay value of 0.000253344 sec. The Wired Fast Ethernet network has better jitter and packet loss performance than Wireless 802.11n with a jitter value of 0.0000000000003 sec and a packet loss value of 0%.

Abstract: Information and news about Covid-19 received various responses from social media users, including Twitter users. Changes in netizen opinion from time to time are interesting to analyze, especially about the patterns of public sentiment and emotions contained in these opinions. Sentiment and emotional conditions can illustrate the public's response to the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This research has two objectives, first to reveal the types of public emotions that emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Second, reveal the topics or words that appear most frequently in each emotion class. There are seven types of emotions to be detected, namely anger, fear, disgust, sadness, surprise, joy, and trust. The dataset used is Indonesian-language tweets, which were downloaded from April to August 2020. The method used for the extraction of emotional features is the lexicon-based method using the EmoLex dictionary. The result obtained is a monthly graph of public emotional conditions related to the Covid-19 pandemic in the dataset.

Abstract: Innovation is a process to generate new ideas and change something of value in meeting user needs. Innovation requires measuring the readiness level of innovation in universities to monitor and carry out the resulting innovations. This research was conducted to design an application for measuring the level of innovation using the User Experience Lifecycle (UXL) method. This application can assist in submitting activities and measuring the level of innovation carried out by lecturers or students. This application is made in four stages, namely, analysis, design, prototype, and evaluation. Analysis of user needs is carried out at the Innovation Unit of the Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto through interviews. The interaction design requirements are generated in the form of design requirements and work activity affinity diagrams with two main tasks, namely proposing innovation measurements and obtaining progress reports. After that, a discussion was held in the form of a design thinking and ideation session with the innovation unit that produces personas, sketches, and scenarios. Furthermore, the design implementation is done by creating a medium-fidelity prototype, and the results are tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Of the ten questions that must be answered distributed to lecturers and students, the results of the test by the lecturer got a value of 69.17 or B (Good), and students rated 69.40 or B (Good). Based on these results, the application's medium-fidelity prototype has exceeded the minimum requirements of 67 or C (Enough) so that the prototype can be produced so that it can be delivered to the public or the public.

Abstract: The objective of this study is to make a need assessment in the form of identifying trends in the need for prostheses and mapping the priority types of prostheses developed at Dr. R. Soeharso Orthopedic Public Hospital, Surakarta as a reference for innovation in the development of prosthesis products at Dr. R. Soeharso Orthopedic Public Hospital, Surakarta. The method used was descriptive analysis and moving average forecasting of historical data on the use of prostheses. From the results of the descriptive analysis, it was found that the most common types of the prosthesis were under the knee prostheses and the types of prostheses that mostly used imported components were finger prostheses and prostheses that have been developed locally which were lower and upper knee prostheses and also Syme. The results of the prediction of the number of prostheses showed a stable trend and tended to increase slightly with the MAD error rate of 2.375 and MSE of 10.378 and MAPE of 36%. With this accuracy, the results of the forecasting can be used as a reference for the hospital to make supplies of prosthesis components in the next period so that the time for making prostheses can be shortened. Meanwhile, for the development of the direction of innovation, recommendations for the type of prosthesis that is a priority to be developed at Dr. R. Soeharso Orthopedic Public Hospital, Surakarta is an innovation of under-knee and finger prostheses by implementing low-cost product designs.

Abstract: Research in the field of image classification is proliferating and providing benefits to the community. This research focuses on image classification on incubators, incubators in addition to monitoring temperature and humidity. Monitoring of conditions in incubators is also required. This study proposes a classification of eggs, hatching eggs, and chicks. Many images of each object are needed, a total of 3,924 images from all three classes. The data set collected from google image and the collection of images owned by the author obtained from shooting with a smartphone camera on a private farm. Data preprocessing is carried out, such as changing the shape of the image to a square that VGG required 224x224 pixels, augmentation to reproduce data, and sharing training data are the input size 80 and 20 percent validation. After preprocessing the data, the model formation and training process was carried out with the results for each model: Custom CNN model yielded an accuracy of 0.8687, VGG16 produced an accuracy of 0.90, and VGG19 produced an accuracy of 0.92. This study shows that transfer learning has the highest accuracy in image classification.

Abstract: Background: Facilitating an effective learning process is the goal of higher education institutions. Despite improvement in curriculum and resources, many students cannot graduate on time. Mostly, the number of students who graduate on time is lower than the number of new students enrolling to universities. This could dilute the chance for students to learn effectively as the ratio between faculty members and students becomes non-ideal. Objective: This study aims to present a prediction model for students’ on-time graduation using the C4.5 algorithm by considering four features, namely the department, GPA, English score, and age. Methods: This research was completed in three stages: data pre-processing, data processing and performance measurement. This predicting scheme make the prediction based on the department of study, age, GPA and English proficiency. Results: The results of this study have successfully predicted students’ graduation. This result is based on the data of students who graduated in 2008-2014. The prediction performance result achieved 90% of accuracy using 300 testing data. Conclusion: The finding is expected to be useful for universities in administering their teaching and learning process.

Abstract: Software Defined Networking (SDN) adalah teknologi baru yang dikembangkan untuk mengatasi masalah kompleksitas konfigurasi jaringan dengan pengelolaan lebih terpusat karena memisahkan antara control plane dan data plane . Penelitian ini menganalisis perbandingan performansi SDN menggunakan ryu controller dan pox controller. Protocol yang digunakan adalah protocol TCP dan UDP sedangkan routing nya menggunakan OSPF. Penerapan algoritma dijkstra dari perutean OSPF ke topologi fat tree pada SDN akan diukur unjuk kerjanya berdasarkan parameter Quality of Service yaitu delay , jitter , dan packet loss pada skenario tanpa background traffic . Transmisi data menggunakan traffic protocol TCP dengan RYU controller dan protokol UDP lebih baik karena memiliki delay sebesar 49.44% dan delay yang lebih stabil sebesar 0.01 %. Jitter yang dihasilkan adalah 27.59% lebih baik daripada POX controller sebesar 72.41% dan untuk protokol UDP menggunakan POX controller 99.97% sedangkan traffic protocol UDP menggunakan RYU controller lebih baik sebesar 0.03%. Packet loss dari kedua controller didapatkan hasil protokol TCP sangat bagus sebesar 0% sedangkan protokol UDP menggunakan POX controller 83.13%, menggunakan RYU controller 16.87%.

Abstract: Seiring perkembangan teknologi, virtual team dapat menjadi solusi untuk sebuah proyek software engineering, karena virtual team tidak terbatas oleh letak geografis dan waktu. Namun, untuk menentukan kebutuhan pengguna dari virtual team ini menemui beberapa kendala, karena para stakeholder yang tidak saling bertatap muka, sehingga sulit untuk saling mendapatkan feeling antara stakeholder. Salah satu teknik yang digunakan untuk penggalian kebutuhan pada virtual team ini adalah teknik kolaborasi. Kolaborasi dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media/teknologi. Tujuan literature review ini adalah mengulas cara-cara penggalian kebutuhan pada virtual team dan mengulas tantangan apa saja yang dihadapi untuk penggalian kebutuhan pada virtual team. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan makalah adalah studi literatur dari berbagai sumber pustaka yang relevan. Hasil studi litetatur ini adalah sebuah pemaparan tentang cara penentuan kebutuhan terhadap virtual team dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penggalian kebutuhan pada virtual team. Penentuan kebutuhan pada virtual team dilakukan dengan cara pendekatan user-centered design dan wawancara online.

Abstract: One way to find out the quality of exam questions is by looking at the rules for writing exam questions made based on the subject or discussion contained in the learning plan document. Therefore, the exam questions that are arranged must be adjusted to the main material in each subject learning achievement. This study discusses the implementation of the concept in information retrieval systems using the Vector Space Model method. The Vector Space Model method has an advantage in query matching because it is able to match only part of the query with existing documents. In addition, the Vector Space Model method is also easy to adapt by adjusting parameters, including weighting parameters. The weighting calculation for each term that appears in the document uses TF-IDF. The purpose of this study is to design an information retrieval system to find the suitability of the exam question query with the subject contained in the learning plan document. The suitability is sorted based on the similarity value of the calculation results, from the largest value to the smallest value in the form of a percentage.

Abstract: Software testing aims to evaluate whether an application is functioning correctly or some errors must be fixed so that the quality of the application is said to be good. Some of the testing methods include Blackbox testing and Whitebox testing, which are often used by testers to evaluate the application according to stakeholder needs or not. This article will examine the Blackbox testing method for evaluating the Petgram mobile application. Evaluations are carried out on the Petgram mobile application on the functional register, login, and make posts. One of the Blackbox method techniques is Equivalence Partitions, a test based on input on each form in the Petgram mobile application, where there are expected results and actual results and successful or failed conclusions. The study results show that there are still some functional failures, especially in the functional register and making posts. The hope is that with the results of this test, the developer can improve it so that the Petgram mobile application becomes of good quality.

Abstract: Seiring perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, banyak hal yang dapat merubah kehidupan masyarakat melalui teknologi. Hal ini terjadi dikarenakan setiap manusia harus memiliki keahlian sesuai dengan kemajuan zaman. Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto memfasilitasi hal itu melalui tridarma perguruan tinggi yakni dosen melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat agar masyarakat bisa memperoleh kemampuan yang di butuhkan saat ini. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat di harapakan memapu menjembantani antara pihak yang akan melakukan pelatihan dengan pihak kampus yakni Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto. Institut Telkom Purwokerto bekerja sama dengan Korem 071 Wijayakusuma dalam hal peningkatan kualitas terhadap peserta pelatihan dengan menggunakan pelatihan desain grafis. Pelatihan ini di ikuti sebanyak 31 peserta dari anggota dan keluarga Korem 071 Wijayakusuma. Oleh karena itu pelatihan ini sangat di butuhkan agar para peserta bisa mengembangkan dan menerapkan hasil dari pelatihan ini ke bidang industri seperti membuka usaha sendiri. Sebelumnya para peserta kurang dalam memahami dan mengetahui manfaat dari pelatihan desain grafis untuk kehidupan mereka. Oleh karena itu Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto meyiapkan pemateri yang handal dalam memberika pelatihan desain grafis agar para peserta bisa memanfatkannya dengan baik. Pelatihan desain grafis ini di laksanalan selama dua hari di laboratorium milik Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto dimana hari pertama peserta akan di beri pelatihan berupa pembuatan logo dan poster dengan menggunakan aplikasi Coreldraw dan hari kedua pembuatan banner dan desain web menggunakan apliaksi Photoshop. Dalam hal ini peserta sangat antusias dengan di adakannya pelatihan desain grafis dengan di tandai dengan kuisoner kepuasan peserta pelatihan dimana rata-rata dari mereka merasa sangat setuju atau puas terhadap pelatihan ini, sehingga di harapkan adanya pelatihan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract: Student Affairs at Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology has a lot of information and knowledge that all students need to know. However, this information and knowledge have not been maximally conveyed to students. Student affairs have a scope of work to handle the Student Creativity Program (PKM), Student Organization (Ormawa), scholarships, Student Activity Transcripts (TAK), and lectures. Therefore, one of the efforts to facilitate Student Affairs in conveying various knowledge is a Student Knowledge Management System mobile application. User Experience student KMS mobile application designed for mobile devices that focus on interface design. The development of this application interface uses the Lean UX method. The Lean UX method has four stages: Declare Assumptions, Create an MVP, Run an Experiment, and Feedback and Research. The application design is evaluated using the Enhanced Cognitive Walkthrough (ECW) to produce a prototype of a knowledge management system or Knowledge Management System for IT Telkom Purwokerto student affairs according to the user's wishes. The test results show success in all tasks, so it can be concluded that the application design has achieved a good user experience.

Abstract: Biometric information that exists in humans is unique from one human to another. One of the biometric data that is easily obtained is the human voice. The human voice is identic data that can differentiate between individuals. When we hear human voices directly, it is easy for our ears to tell the person who is speaking is male or female. But sometimes male voices can resemble girls and vice versa. Therefore, we propose a human voice detection system through Artificial Intelligence (AI) in machine learning. In this study, we used the Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients (MFCC) method to extract human voice features and Gaussian Mixture Models (GMM) for the classification of female or male voice data. The experiment results showed that the system built was able to detect human gender through biometric voice data with an accuracy of 81.18%.

Abstract: Global Bakery is a food company engaged in bread production that is having difficulty determining how much bread will be produced in the event of a pandemic. This study aims to help predict the amount of bread that will be produced during a pandemic. With the benefit of making it easier for companies to determine the amount of bread to be produced. Data obtained from Global Bakery and the official website of Covid-19 Bekasi Regency from March 20, 2020 to April 20, 2020. The author uses the Fuzzy Takagi-Sugeno method to predict the amount of bread that must be produced by Global Bakery during a pandemic with the following stages: fuzzification, rule formation, calculating ɑ-predicate and zi value, then calculating defuzification. Then an evaluation is carried out using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). This study uses Matlab's GUI tools in implementing the Predictor program. The Fuzzy Takagi-Sugeno method is able to predict the amount of bread production at Global Bakery with optimal results, where if the sales are 180 pieces, the remaining sales are 289, and the number of positive cases of Covid-19 is 6 people with the actual production number of 469 pieces, then The prediction results obtained were 347 units. The results of the calculations that have been done obtained the results of accuracy with a good category, namely with a MAPE value of 18.6%.

Abstract: The role of information technology in transportation increases, namely in enjoying transportation services. One way to provide the best service for a transportation company to customers is to provide a bus booking application service. One of the companies that offer service applications is a bus transportation application located in Yogyakarta. Because the application system is considered necessary, stakeholders need IT risk management for the bus booking application. The purpose of this research is to analyze the risk management of the bus transportation application. In measuring IT risk management, the author uses the Control Objective for information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1 domain Plan and Organize (PO) framework, especially PO9 (Assess and Manage IT risk). The analysis results show that if the bus transportation application is at level 2 in maturity level. It means that the company knows that there are problems that need resolving. Standard risk management in bus transportation applications tends to provide failed access in the progress of its service. The problem is solving individually and not yet at the integrated completion stage. In general, the application management approach needs to improve better management in the field of information technology. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan layanan terbaik bagi perusahaan angkutan kepada pelanggan adalah dengan menyediakan layanan aplikasi pemesanan bus. Salah satu perusahaan yang menawarkan aplikasi jasa adalah aplikasi angkutan bus yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta. Karena sistem aplikasi dirasa perlu, maka stakeholders membutuhkan manajemen risiko TI untuk aplikasi pemesanan bus tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis manajemen risiko pada aplikasi angkutan bus. Dalam mengukur manajemen risiko TI, penulis menggunakan framework Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1 domain Plan and Organize (PO), khususnya PO9 (Assessment and Manage IT risk). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan angkutan bus berada pada level 2 pada tingkat kematangan. Artinya perusahaan mengetahui bahwa ada masalah yang perlu diselesaikan. Manajemen resiko standar dalam aplikasi transportasi bus cenderung memberikan akses yang gagal dalam kemajuan layanannya. Masalahnya diselesaikan secara individu dan belum pada tahap penyelesaian terintegrasi. Abstract: Long Term Evolution dikenal dengan istilah LTE dan dikomersialkan dengan nama 4G LTE yang bekerja pada frekuensi 1800 MHZ, 2100 Mhz, dan 2300 Mhz. pada teknologi ini memungkinkan penstransmisian data nirkabel yang cepat maka dibutuhkan suatu antena yang mendukung trasnmisi data yang sesuai dengan karakteristik teknologi. Kemudian Antena mikrostrip merupakan salah satu tipe antena MIMO ( multiple input multiple output) dimana pada tipe ini dapat memungkinkanya menggunakan lebih dari satu antena, baik dalam sisi pengirim (trasmitter) dan sisi penerima (reciever), antena tipe MIMO dapat mendukung dari karakteristik teknologi LTE dalam proses pentransmisian data yang cepat dikarenakan memungkinkan untuk penggunaan antena lebih dari satu. Pada penyusunan tugas akhir ini menggunakan suatu model antena mikrostrip MIMO dengan metode fraktal sierpinski yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai dari bandwidth sehingga dapat melakukan suatu transmisi data yang cepat. Perancangan antena ini menghasilkan nilai dari parameter return loss diperoleh nilai -12,05 dB untuk antena 1 dan -16,75 dB untuk antena 2 hasil pengukuran, dan pada hasil simulasi menghasilkan nilai -14,88 dB, untuk nilai impedansi diperoleh nilai pengukuran antena 1 yaitu 32,33 Ohm dan antena 2 43,4 Ohm, untuk simulasi menghasilkan nilai 50 Ohm, untuk gain pada saat simulasi menghasilkan nilai 5,084 dB dan di pengukuran menghasilkan nilai 2,7 dB, untuk nilai bandwidth simulasi bernilai 20 MHz, dan pada saat pengukuran antena 1 menghasikan nilai 18 MHz dan antena 2 15 MHz, serta pola radiasi untuk hasil simulasi dan pengukuran menunjukan poa radiasi yaitu Undirectional. Python Programming is used as a tool by utilizing the wealth of packages in python. Python is a popular programming language. Python is easy to learn for beginners. However, there is still no example and guide for solving VRP using simulated annealing in python programming with a process paradigm. This design can be a reference and guide for beginners in dealing with similar problems or the development of existing problems.

Abstract: The impact of this pandemic affects various sectors in Indonesia, especially in the economic sector, due to the large-scale social restrictions policy to suppress this case's growth. The details of the growth of Covid-19 in Indonesia are still fluctuating and cannot be fully understood. Recently it has been developed by researchers related to the prediction of Covid-19 cases in various countries. One of them is using a machine learning technique approach to predict cases of daily increase Covid-19. However, the use of machine learning techniques results in the MSE error value in the thousands. This high number indicates that the prediction data using the model is still a high error rate compared to the actual data. In this study, we propose a deep learning approach using the Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) method to build a prediction model for the daily increase cases of Covid-19. This study's LSTM model architecture uses the LSTM layer, Dropout layer, Dense, and Linear Activation Function. Based on various hyperparameter experiments, using the number of neurons 10, batch size 32, and epochs 50, the MSE values were 0.0308, RMSE 0.1758, and MAE 0.13. These results prove that the deep learning approach produces a smaller error value than machine learning techniques, even closer to zero.

Abstract: Berwisata memiliki beberapa kebutuhan sebelum melakukan perjalanan, salah satunya merancang itinerary . Itinerary merupakan rancangan jadwal perjalanan wisata yang membantu wisatawan agar lebih terarah dan teratur. Kurang lengkapnya informasi itinerary perjalanan wisata di Indonesia seperti informasi cara menuju destinasi, transportasi, beserta biayanya menyebabkan wisatawan lebih memilih keluar negeri. Selain itu, kemudahan penyusunan itinerary sangat berpengaruh pada keinginan menuju destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi berbagi pengalaman perjalanan wisata dalam bentuk itinerary berbasis web. Metode User Experience (UX) Lifecycle berhasil diterapkan pada proses pengembangan aplikasi yang dimulai dari tahap analisis untuk memahami kebutuhan pengguna melalui wawancara dan kuisioner online dengan 136 responden. Tahap desain dilakukan pembuatan persona, sketsa, storyboard , skenario dan wireframe . Hasil desain diimplementasikan dalam bentuk prototipe high fidelity berbasis web. Selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi prototipe yang menunjukan secara keseluruhan aplikasi berhasil membantu wisatawan dalam merencanakan perjalannnya. Abstract Traveling has several needs before traveling, one of which is designing an itinerary. The itinerary is an itinerary travel design that helps tourists to be more directed and organized. The lack of complete itinerary information on tourist trips in Indonesia, such as information on how to get to destinations, transportation, and their costs, causes tourists to prefer going abroad. Also, the ease of preparation of the itinerary is very influential in the desire to travel destinations. This study aims to develop applications for sharing travel experiences in the form of a web-based itinerary. The User Experience (UX) Lifecycle method was successfully applied to the application development process, starting from the analysis phase to understand user needs through online interviews and questionnaires with 136 respondents. The design phase is carried out, making persona, sketches, storyboards, scenarios, and wireframes — the next step to implement it in the form of a web-based high-fidelity prototype. The prototype evaluation results show that overall, the application succeeded in helping travelers planning their journey.

Abstract: Pneumonia merupakan penyakit yang menyerang paru-paru. Ketika seseorang dicurigai sebagai penderita pneumonia maka akan dilakukan berbagai pemeriksaan untuk memastikan hasil diagnosis, salah satunya yaitu pemeriksaan pada citra x-ray toraks. Namun, terdapat kemungkinan dokter/radiologis melakukan kesalahan dalam melakukan interpretasi. Untuk meminimalisir hal tersebut diperlukan terbososan guna membantu dokter/radiologis dalam menganalisis citra x-ray toraks. Salah satunya adalah dengan menerapkan penggunaan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), dimana harapannya CNN dapat digunakan untuk mengenali citra x-ray toraks sehat dan berpneumonia. Akan tetapi terdapat faktor yang dapat menyebabkan citra x-ray menjadi buruk, sehingga dimungkinkan dapat mempengaruhi hasil perolehan CNN. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) digunakan untuk melakukan perbaikan citra sebelum citra diterapkan pada CNN. Selain itu penggunaan beberapa epoch dan ukuran gambar yang berbeda juga diterapkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pada hasil yang diperoleh model, dimana kemudian hasil-hasil yang diperoleh tersebut dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui model mana yang memperoleh hasil terbaik. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, diperoleh hasil perolehan terbaik pada model dengan penerapan CLAHE pada epoch 180 dengan ukuran 256x256 yang memperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 95,21%.

Abstract: In the industrialized world, information technology has become an essential component that everyone can feel and use. However, IT's proper use can provide opportunities for increased productivity and effective and efficient company processes. The quality of the service supplied is related to managing the problems faced and handling its day-to-day service operations. The purpose of this research is to analyze the IT service management (ITSM) of the National Electricity Company (NEC) in Purwokerto with media analysis using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 framework. The method used is a quantitative method with observation, distribution of questionnaires, and data analysis as a follow-up. Maturity level analysis becomes the target of assessment to become a reference for providing recommendations for the performance of ITSM. The results of the maturity level show that NEC Purwokerto is at the optimal level.
