Abstract: Public environmental expenditures are the crucial means to achieve ecological protection and environmental governance, while fiscal decentralization system is the key factor which affects the preferences of expenditures by local government. In order to further identify whether fiscal decentralization has negative incentives for the behavior of public environmental governance by local government, this paper applies provincial panel data of China from 2007 to 2015, to explore the effect of Chinese-styled fiscal decentralization on public environmental expenditures from the two dimensions of income and expenditure decentralization. The research results show that both income and expenditure decentralization have significant negative correlations with public environmental expenditures, which confirms that current fiscal decentralization system has strong incentive distortions and insufficient constraints on the behavior of public environmental governance by local government. Therefore, in order to promote green development and build a beautiful China, improvements should be made in terms of institutional environment, the relationship of financial authority and powers between central and local government, transfer payment systems, the governance models of regional linkage and collaboration, and environmental protection concepts, etc.

Abstract: Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2019, this paper uses the panel fixed effect model and the System GMM model to study the impact of digital Inclusive Finance on the urban-rural income gap. The empirical results show that the development of digital inclusive finance can effectively converge the income gap between urban and rural areas, and it is found that this convergence effect has the threshold of economic development. The research conclusion of this paper not only enriches the literature on digital Inclusive Finance and urban-rural income gap, but also has important reference significance for relevant departments in China to formulate digital inclusive financial policies and achieve the long-term goal of common prosperity.

Abstract: In the modern economic innovation and development, the grey theory and BP neural network algorithm are used to build a new macroeconomic prediction model. On the one hand, the input data can be comprehensively preprocessed, on the other hand, the improved BP neural network algorithm can be used to predict the final results. This paper studies the feasibility and effectiveness of the new macroeconomic forecasting model based on the grey forecasting principle and BP neural network algorithm. The final results show that both grey prediction and BP algorithm can help the staff to predict and analyze the macro economy as soon as possible, so as to grasp more valuable data information and put forward targeted management decisions.

Abstract: This paper takes the panel data of China's OFDI in 28 Asian countries from 2008 to 2019 as a sample to empirically verify the impact of host country environmental regulations on OFDI under different investment motivations from a macro perspective. The empirical results show that: (1) China has obvious market seeking motivation, natural resources seeking motivation, and efficiency-seeking motivation for OFDI of Asian countries; (2) The host country's environmental regulations have a significant inhibitory effect on China's natural resource-seeking and efficiency-seeking OFDI in Asian countries, and have a significant promotion effect on innovative asset-seeking OFDI, but have little impact on market-seeking OFDI; (3) In the long run, the impact of host country's environmental regulations on China's OFDI shows a significant U-shaped relationship.

Abstract: Accounting is a language to record economic life, and with the rapid development of productivity and economic and social progress in China, accounting standards are constantly updated to meet the needs of accounting practice and promote the effective operation of socialist market economy. China promulgated the Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises in 1992 as the highest authority of accounting regulations, which has been developed and improved for nearly 30 years, but it is undeniable that the current Chinese accounting standards (CAS) have borrowed from Western accounting standards especially the International accounting standards (IAS) to a considerable extent. In this paper, from the development history of CAS, through the analysis of the causes and effects of the overall differences and specific differences between the two systems on the financial statements of enterprises, combined with the SWOT-PEST model, we make a reasonable outlook on the development of CAS.

The findings of this paper can provide useful references for financial regulation and forecasting the role of policy.

Finally, the robustness test was carried out by using economic distance spatial weight matrix. The study has demonstrated that TFP at the county level in Sichuan province has spatial autocorrelation, and the level of economic development, the industrial structure, the industrial agglomeration, the human capital and the government intervention have different impacts and spatial spillover effects on TFP at the county level in Sichuan province, but there are differences within and outside the urban agglomeration.

Abstract: Based on the data of strategic emerging firms listed in Chinese A-shares from 2007-2019, this paper uses the PSM-DID model to investigate the impact of the combination of credit financing and tax incentives policies on firms' innovation performance. It is found that the policy combination constructed in this paper has a positive impact on the innovation performance of strategic emerging firms at a high significant level. In addition, by testing credit financing and tax incentives separately, it is found that both credit financing and tax incentives have a positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises.

Abstract: This study with a view to explore the influencing factors of user stickiness of booking tourism applications’ users. Conducting surveys on samples from China online, this study analyzes the impact of different levels of user experience value, user satisfaction, and perceived risk on user stickiness by using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0.Results of correlation analysis and structural equation modeling indicate that both functional experience value and user satisfaction significantly positive influence user stickiness, while neither emotional experience value nor perceived risk have significant impact on user stickiness. In addition, user satisfaction is found an important mediator in the relationship between experience value and user stickiness. In exploring the moderating effect of perceived risk, results find that as perceived risk deepens, both the positive impacts of functional experience value and emotional experience value on user satisfaction are weaken, and the positive influence of functional experience value on user stickiness is decline.

Abstract: At present, our small and medium-sized enterprises have created more than 50% of tax revenue, and more than 60% of GDP, they are the important prerequisite and the main driving force to achieve the development of economic quality. Meanwhile, the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta account for 80% of Guangdong's GDP. The study on the financing efficiency of SMEs represented by the new third board of listed companies is of great significance to the development of Grand-Baie and the deepening of reform and opening-up. This paper uses the data of the Wind database from 2016 to 2020 and takes the SMEs listed on the New Third Board in nine cities of the Pearl River Delta as the research samples. Firstly, the DEA model is used to analyze the financing efficiency of SMEs in nine cities. Secondly, the relationship between financing efficiency and operating net cash flow is compared and analyzed. Finally, it will study whether the improvement of financing efficiency can help enterprises improve operating net cash flow. The results show that operating net cash flow is negatively correlated with financing efficiency. The higher the financing efficiency of SMEs in the New Third Board, the smaller the operating net cash flow performance. During the listing period of the New Third Board, the financing efficiency of enterprises keeps improving, which promotes the further development of enterprises. Different from the previous studies of various scholars, this paper selects the very representative Pearl River Delta region as the model to provide a model for governments at all levels on how to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and provide substantive suggestions for the country to encourage and promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, to better promote the high-quality development of the economy.

Abstract: The Belt and Road Initiative is the Chinese approach to improving global governance. Based on country-level panel data, the paper analyzes the promoting effect of the Belt and Road Initiative on the governance of countries along the route by using difference in difference method. First, our study finds that the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative has significantly improved the governance level of the countries along the route, and this finding remains robust after a series of tests. Second, the mechanism study finds that the Belt and Road Initiative improves governance in Belt and Road countries by influencing Chinese outward foreign direct investment (FDI) and Internet penetration in the countries along the route. Finally, the moderating effect suggests that the Belt and Road Initiative has a more significant impact on governance in countries that are closer to China and receive more official development assistance. Further heterogeneity analysis reveals that the governance promotion effect of the policy is more pronounced for countries with lower levels of economic development, population density, merchandise trade, and FDI.

Abstract: Using the latest value-added trade data of the OECD-TIVA database, we estimate the position and participation mode of the manufacturing industry and its sub-industries in the two countries in the GVC division of labor. The results show that :(1) since 2005, the division of labor in the global value chain of China's manufacturing industry has been gradually improving, while the United States has been gradually declining. (2) China's position in the global value chain of manufacturing industry is getting closer to that of the United States. China's total participation in manufacturing industry has been higher than that of the United States for a long time. (3) China's manufacturing industry is becoming less and less dependent on the US. On the contrary, the US is becoming more and more dependent on China.

Abstract: Fitness technology is becoming increasingly popular as a means of measuring and encouraging physical activity. It's vital to understand and research the factors that influence people's willingness to use fitness applications. This study considers intrinsic and extrinsic factors to explain Chinese citizens' intention to use fitness applications by extending the Technology Acceptance Model. Data from 224 Chinese questionnaires was used to empirically test the model. The findings suggest that the technological acceptance model is a good fit for this study, and all of the hypotheses are validated. The suggested model can account for 64% of the variation in fitness applications intentions and 52% of fitness applications use. Based on the findings, policymakers may be able to create more effective interventions from a new perspective, resulting in improved health. We also talk about fresh ideas and directions for the national fitness program's following promotion.

Abstract: For many years, China's foreign trade in service industry has shown a large trade deficit, limited international development level, and insufficient competitiveness in the international market. Relevant studies show that the lack of development potential of the service industry foreign trade may be caused by the low level of industrial integration in China, the lack of high-tech participation rate and the low comparative advantages. At the same time, many ASEAN countries are also caught in a similar service industry development dilemma. Therefore, China and ASEAN countries should actively deepen cooperation in the areas of complementarity and inadequacy to promote win-win development, and jointly optimize the level of technology and the quality of the service industry, we will comprehensively improve the international competitiveness of the “China-ASEAN” service foreign trade.
