Abstract: Objective:To study the effect of gibberellins and its synthetic inhibitor on tanshinones Methods: Different concentrations of gibberellins and paclobutrazol were added to the liquid medium, and hairy roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bgewere cultivated for 25 days The concentration of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone Ⅱ_A in the samples were assayed by HPLC Results: The concentration of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone Ⅱ_A increased in the samples treated with gibberellins, while the concentration of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone Ⅱ_A decreased in the samples treated with paclobutrazol Conclusions: Paclobutrazol could be synthetic inhibitor of tanshinone Ⅱ_A, and gibberellins can be inducer for production of tanshinones

Abstract: Objective:To elucidate the anti-inflammatory,anti-titillation of skin,anti-anaphylaxis actions of the effective parts in Flos Daturae.Methods:The anti-inflammatory and anti-titillation action on swelling ear of mice induced by xylene and swelling toe of rat induced by 10% OVA;and on cavia cobaya skin induced by 0.35% histamine phosphate respectively.Antianaphylaxis action was observed on cavia cobaya according to the index of gasping twitch caused by the miscible liquids of acetylcholine and histamine.Results:The effective parts of Flos Daturae remarkably inhibited the ear swelling,increased histamine dosage which lead to skin itching of cavia cobaya,evidently extended delitescence of allergic asthma on cavia cobaya caused by the miscible liquids of acetylcholine and histamine.Conclusions:The effective parts of Flos Daturae have many obvious pharmacological actions,including anti-inflammatory,anti-titillation of skin and antianaphylaxis actions.

Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the effects of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction(SFZYD) on hemorheology and ovarian function in rat mode of Han-Ning blood stasis.Methods: The method of ice water bath combined with injection of adrenalin was adopted to established cold stagnation and blood stasis in rats.The indexes of hemorheology and E_2 and P were detected.Result: The results stated that SFZYD and ethanol supernatant showed significant improvements in the hemorheological indexes of rats in the model of blood stasis and regulation for the secret function on rat ovarian.Conclusion: SFZYD can improve the indexes of hemorheology in rat model of blood stasis and regulate the secretion of E_2 and P.

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the anti-tumor effect of Shu-Gan-Liang-Xue(SGLX) decoction from traditional Chinese midicine(TCM) combined with tamoxifen on the graft model of human breast cancer in nude mice and also to analyze the possible mechanism.Methods:The animal model of MCF-7 implanted tumor in nude mice was copied.Mice with implanted tumor were randomly divided into control,tamoxifen(TAM),SGLX and SGLX+TAM groups.After SGLX decoction was given to mice for 28 days,the inhibitory rate of tumor weight was determined.Cell cycle and cell apoptosis of breast cancer were detected with flow cytometry and TUNEL respectively.The serum estradiol and progesterone were tested by radio-immunity.Results:The inhibitory rate of tumor-weight was 28.30%,26.30%,41.01% respectively in TAM,SGLX and SGLX+TAM groups,with significant difference compared with the control(P0.01).Tumor cells in TAM,SGLX and SGLX+TAM groups were blocked at G_0/G_1 phase.The apoptotic rate was increased obviously in SGLX+TAM group.The serum estradiol was lower in SGLX and SGLX+TAM groups compared with the control at significant level(P 0.000 1).Conclusions:SGLX decoction can increase the inhibitory effect of TAM on breast cancer synergetically.The possible mechanism include that SGLX may arrest tumor cells in G_0/G_1 phase,induce tumor cell apoptosis,and reduce serum estradiol level.

Abstract: Objective:To study the effect of Wang Laoji Liangcha(WLJ) on plasma lipids metabolism and oxidative situation in restraint mice.Methods:The female mice were randomly divided into normal control group,stress control group,positive control groupe,two WLJ groups(125 mg·kg-1 and 500 mg·kg-1).After intravenously injected Intralipids into the 20 h restrained mice,the content of plasma lipid and lipoprotein lipase(LPL) activity were determined.The oxidative situation and antioxidtive capacity of plasma were measured.Results:Compared with the control groups,WLJ accelerated the basic metabolism of plasma lipids,improved the lipoprotein lipase(LPL) activity in restraint mice.And it also decreased the level of MDA and increased the antioxidant capacity of plasma(ORAC).Conclusion:WLJ improves the lipid metabolic dysfunction in restraint mice,and the mechanism might be related to the amelioration of oxidative situation in plasma.

Abstract: Objective:To explore effects of Zuo Gui Pill and You Gui Pill on remyelination and axonal regeneration in experimental allergic encephalomyelitis(EAE) model rat.Methods:The rats were injected antigen containing myelin basic protein(MBP) and Freund's Adjuvant Complete(CFA)in the same volume in both rat postpeds.Asa control of prednisone, the injury and regeneration of myelin and axon in rat brain and spinal cord were observed by using myelin staining and immunohistochemistry method after the rats model were made at 14 and 28 days.Results:The injury of myelin and axon were reduced by treated with Zuo Gui Pill and You Gui Pill in EAE rat,Both of MBP and neurofilament protein(NF200) expressions were increased significantly in the treatment groups of Zuo Gui Pill and You Gui Pill(P0.05 or 0.01) compared with the model group.Conclusions:Zuo Gui Pill and You Gui Pill can restorate the nervous myelin and axonal injury which may be the mechanism of tonifying-kidney formulae in promoting rehabilitation in rats with EAE.

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of Wanglaoji Liangcha(WLJ) on immune system and the antioxidation in restrained mice.Methods: The male C(57)BL/6 mice were randomly divided into normal control group,stress control group,125 mg·kg~(-1) and(500 mg·kg~(-1)) treated with WLJ.The spleen lymphocyte suspension of each group was prepared.The parameters of spleen T cells subsets,NK cell proportion,and NK cell activity were detected by Flow cytometry.The antioxidation states in immune cells were also detected.Results: WLJ regulated T cell subsets,increased the percent of NK cells,and moreover enhanced the cytotoxic activity of NK cell.It also led to significant reduction of the lipid peroxidationn MDA and increase of oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC) of splenocyte.Conclusion: Wanglaoji Liangcha can enhance immunologic function in restraint mice which is relevont with the amelioration of antioxidation in immune cells.

Abstract: Objective:To study the natures of different ratios of Coptis chinensis and Fructus Evodiae.Methods: The recent literatures on four natures of chinese materia,Coptis chinensis and Fructus Evodiae published were reviewed.Results: Current studies on different combinations of Coptis chinensis and Fructus Evodiae are mainly concentrated in the chemical composition of compatibility changes,pharmacological and clinical applications.The material basis for the efficacies in the molecular and cellular level and the compatibility mechanism have not been invastigated sufficiently.Conclusion: Four natures of Coptis chinensis and Fructus Evodiae need further studies.

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingyi Huaji(QYHJ) Formula on serum immunosuppressive factors and proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes of mice with pancreatic cancer Panc 02. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into NS group,interleukin-2(IL-2) group and QYHJ groups at low,medium and high dosages. After treatment, tumor growth was evaluated, the levels of serum immunosuppressive factors such as soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R),transforming growth factor β_1(TGF-β_1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) were measured by ELISA, the proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes cell were measured by CCK-8 colorimetry. Results: The tumors in all QYHJ groups were lighter than in NS group(P0.05),the levels of serum sIL-2R,TGF-β_1 and VEGF in all QYHJ groups were lower than in NS group, when the proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes in all QYHJ groups was higher than in NS group(P0.05).Conclusion: QYHJ Formula may inhibit the proliferation of pancreatic cancer in vivo, in addition it may inhibit the secretion of immunosuppressive factors and enhance lymphocytes' immune function so as to improve the immunosuppressive state of the host.

Abstract: Objective:To explore the effect of danxiongfang on reducing serum lipid in experimental hyperlipidemic rat model induced by high-fat diet.Methods: The rats were fed with high-fat diet for 4 weeks to establish the hyperlipidemic model,then lovastatin,cholestyramine,danxiongfang high,medium,and low doses were given to the rats orally for 4 weeks.The serum TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,ALT,ALb were detected at the end of 4 weeks.The pathological changes of liver,heart,stomach tissues stained with HE were observed under light microscope.Results: The rats developed hyperlipidemia with high serum lipid levels,serum ALT and ALb concentration also increased significantly.Each drug showed significant inhibition for the increases in serum lipid,ALT,and serum ALb.Histopathological examination of liver,heart and stomach showed that pathologic injuries were ameliorated by each drugs.Conclusion: Danxiongfang showed powerful lipid regulating and liver protective effect.

Abstract: Objective:To study the effect of active parts in Datura metel L.(APD) for psoriasis on immune function,skin keratinized and epithelial cells mitosis,to clarify the mechanism for clinical applications and developing new drug.Methods:APD's effects on immune function were measured by the content of mice's hemolysin and lymphocyte transformation stimulated by phytohemagglutinin(PHA).The influence on the activity of vaginal epithelial mitotic cells and the effect on skin scales keratosis at the back of tail were also obsevered.Results: APD showed a trend of lowering the content of hemolysin in normal mice;and had no significant impact on lymphocyte transformation stimulated by PHA.APD could significantly inhibit the mitosis of vaginal epithelial cells;and obviously increace the quantities of scaly particles layers of mice tail with a clear role in the promotion of skin keratosis.Conclusion: APD may have no obvious effect on humoral and cell-mediated immunity to the experimental animals.However,APD appears to inhibit with epithelial cell mitosis and promote the keratosis of skin scales obviously.

Abstract: Objective:To explore the pharmacological effects of analgesia,anti-inflammation of Duhuo-Jisheng Tang.Methods:The anti-inflammatory effects were conducted by adjuvant-induced arthritis in rats,capillary permeability in abdominal cavity of mice and ear edema of mice induced by xylene,and the analgesic effects were evaluated by the twisting reaction of mice induced by acetic acid,and Formalin test.Results : Duhuo-Jisheng Tang could effectively counterwork the primary and secondary reaction of adjuvant-induced arthritis in rat model,inhibit capillary permeability and lighten ear edema in mouse model,and decrease the twisting reaction and the ache degree of mice induced by formalin.Conclusion:Duhuo-Jisheng Tang has the good analgesia,anti-inflammation and anti-adjuvant arthritis's functions.

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of total glucosides of Cape Jasmine(TGCJ) on rats with adjuvant arthritis.Methods: Rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group,the GTW group,and the TGCJ groups of small,medium,large dosages(20,40,80 mg·kg~(-1)).Except for the normal group,animals were modeled to form adjuvant-induced arthritis with Freund's complete adjuvant.The arthritis index(AI) and the swelling degree of paws were recorded,and the activity of IL-1β,TNF-α and the levels of NO,NOS and PGE_2 in joint synovium of secondary arthritis were determined.Results: Compared with the normal group,the levels of NO,NOS,PGE_2 and the activity of IL-1β and TNF-α in joint synovium of secondary arthritis were increased significantly in the model group.Compared with the model group,TGCJ showed a dramatic inhibitory effect on secondary reaction of adjuvant arthritis,and the levels of NO,NOS,PGE_2 and the activity of IL-1β and TNF-α in joint synovium of secondary arthritis were significantly decreased.Conclusions: TGCJ has a remarkable treatment effect on arthritis.Inhibiting the activity of cytokines and decreasing the level of inflammation media in inflammatory region may be involved in the mechanisms of the therapeutic effects of TGCJ.

Abstract: Objective:To explore a new method for the study of compatibility attenuation in TCM, and to investigate the effect of Glycyrrhiza uralensis saponins(GS)on the reduction of the acute toxicity of platycodins.Methods:The death rate of the mice was used to evaluate the acute toxicity induced by platycodins in the condition of pre-treatment with GS and no GS.Furthermore,the attenuation effects of different concentrations of GS were investigated by LD_(50) method.Results:Pre-treatment of different concentrations of GS can reduce obviously the death rate of the mice,elevate the 95% confidence level of the LD_(50) value,prolong the survival time of the mice.Conclusions:Pre-oral administration of GS can partly alleviate the toxicity of platycodins and reduce the death induced by platycodins.

Abstract: Objective:To analyse the constituents and determine the biological activity of volatile oil from the tubers of Polygonatum cyrtonema.Methods:The volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation.And its chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS.Biological activity of the volatile oil was screened with microbiological method and Alamar Blue method.Results:16 compounds were identified,making up 95.97% of the total contents;The volatile oil could inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli、Staphylococcus aureus and Rhodotorula glutinis The volatile oil could obviously inhibit the growth of cultured tumor cells,and the inhibitory rate was 98.08% at the volatile oil concentration of 100 μg·mL~(-1).Conclusion:The results indicated that the biological activity of volatile oil of Polygonatu cyrtonema was strong,and it provided the scientific basis for further develop ment of Polygonatum cyrtonema.

Abstract: Zuojinwan,as a famous prescription of Zhu Dan-xi,is composed of Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae.It has extensive pharmacological actions on the digestive system,together with the effects of bacteriostasis,relieving pain and anti-inflammatory activities.Also,it has wide clinical application and good therapeutic effect on the relative disease with dysfunctions of spleen and stomach,globus hysteritis,sleeplessness,pedo-stomatitis,etc.This work analyzes the prescription and its significance of Zuojinwan.The literatures on pharmacological actions and clinical application of Zuojinwan in recent twenty years are analyzed and discussed.

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of water extracts of Retro-Zuojin Pill(WERZP) on proliferation and apoptosis of human gastric carcinoma cells (SGC-7901),and the relationship between apoptosis and bcl-2,bax expression.Methods: The cell viability was measured by MTT;the apoptotic rate was investigated by FCM and the morphology was observed by Hoechst 33258 staining.Detection of bcl-2,bax gene and protein expression of WERZP-treated gastric cancer cells were carried out with Western blot method.Results: After treatment with WERZP for 24 h,the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells was significantly inhibited(P0.05).Inhibited cell proliferation and induced cell death were in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner,with apoptotic rate of(4.02±1.33),(36.10±0.23),(55.91±0.95),(56.50±1.55) and(60.27±3.58) % accordingly.All the concentrations except the lowest induced significant apoptosis compared with the control(P0.01).The nucleuses were positively stained with fluorochrome Hoechst 33258.WERZP could reduce the bcl-2 gene expression and increase gene expression of bax.Conclusion: WERZP could significantly inhibit the growth of SGC-7901 cells and induce apoptosis,reduce the bcl-2 gene expression.The increased gene expression of bax may be involved in apoptosis mechanism.

Abstract: Objective:To inductive the effects of Herbal Medicine processing with ginger juice,and the application history of ginger juice.Methods:By collecting and summarizing the informations of the processing excipient ginger juice in ancient Materia Medica.Results:There were more than 90 Herbal Medicine processed by Ginger juice before and in the Qing Dynasty.The processing methods were various,according to the properties of the specific of the herbs.And pressed juice of fresh ginger had been mainly used.But in modern times,the drug processed by ginger juice decreased significantly,only 7 drugs.There were three methods to get the ginger juice,the pressed juice of fresh ginger,the boiled juice of fresh ginger and the boiled juice of dry ginger.They were alternatively used.Besides,there was no definite preparation technology or quality standard.Conclusions:This article had provided useful information for the modern processing excipient ginger juice studied by summarizing the previous experiences.

Abstract: Objective:To explore the preliminary pharmacological basis of treating different diseases with the same therapeutic principle with Danggui-Shaoyao San(DSS),and its effect on various behavior changes were observed in ovariectomized(OVX) mice.Methods: The effect of DSS on the motor activity, pain tolerance and sleep condition of OVX mice was observed through the open-field test,hot-plate test and the sleep test induced by pentobarbital at hypnoid dosage respectively.Meanwhile,the hypothalamus gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH) level was measured by radio immunoassay(RIA) and uterus index was calculated.Results: DSS at the dose of 500 mg·kg~(-1) could remarkably reduce the motor activity of OVX mice by decreasing its ambulation and rearing times,raise the pain threshold to alleviate the pain reaction,improve the sleep condition through shortening the sleep latent period and prolonging the sleep time of OVX mice.But it had no effects on GnRH level in hypothalamus and the uterus index,which was different from the estrogen control.Conclusion: DSS can improve the behavior changes of OVX mice.This might be the preliminary pharmacological basis of treating different diseases with the same therapeutic principle.

Abstract: Objective:To elucidate bioactive constituents for invigorating the kidney in Liuwei Dihuang Wan based on study on protective effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan and its constituents absorbed into blood after oral administration on hydrocortisone inducing renal deficiency in rat.Method: Seventy rats were randomly divided into seven groups including control,model,total components,5-HMFA,mixture containing morroniside,sweroside and loganin,paeonol and LW group.For continous 9 days,every group rat was respectively orally administrated with distilled water,distilled water,total components,5-HMFA mixture containing morroniside,sweroside and loganin,paeonol and LW,from 5 day to 9 day,control group rat was subcutaneously injected with sodium chloride at a dose of 5 ml/kg body weight,the other groups rat was subcutaneously injected with hydrocortisone at a dose of 25 mg/kg body weight(5 ml/kg).On 10~(th) day,collected samples for analyzing 10 batches of indexes.Result: Every group drugs all improved such 10 batches of indexs in a large,the effect of mixture containing morroniside,sweroside and loganin group is most significantly.Conclusion: It is found that determined constituents absorbed into blood after oral administration of Liuwei Dihuang Wan is mainly bioactive constituents for invigorating the kidney,and the bioactivities of morroniside,sweroside and loganin is most perferred.

Abstract: Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprints of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction for the quality controlMethod:Ferulic acid and paeoniflorin were used as reference substancesPhenomenex Luna C_(18) column(250 mm ×46 mm,5 μm) was used and the methanol and water containing 01%phosphoric acid were chosen as the mobile phases in a gradient elutionThe column temperature was 30℃ and the fingerprints were detected at 230、280、320 nmThe flow rate was 10 mL·min~(-1),and the analysis lasted 80 minResult:Characteristic peaks were indicated on HPLC fingerprints and were assigned by comparison of corresponding part of some herbsConclusion:It proved that the method is reliable,simple,precise and repeated,which can be used as for quality control of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the equilibrium of vasomotor function and the prevention of lipid peroxidation of leonurine(Leo) on pituitary(Pit)-induced acute myocardial ischemia injury in rats.Methods: Pit was administrated intraperitoneally to induce acute myocardial ischemia injury in rats.The concentration of endothelin(ET) in plasma and myocardium were measured by radio immunoassay.The level of nitric oxide(NO),the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum and myocardium was determined by nitrate reductase assay,xanthine oxidase assay and thibabituric acid assay,respectively.Results: Within certain dose range of Leo,the contents of ET and MDA were obviously decreased and the level of NO and the activity of SOD were increased.Linear regression analysis(scatterplot) indicated that there was dose-effect relationship of Leo against myocardial ischemia injury within certain dose range.Conclusions:Leo inhibits Pit-induced myocardial ischemia injury.The mechanism may be related to the equilibrium of vasomotor function and the prevention of lipid peroxidation.

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effects of principal,assistant,complement,guide compatibility of Banxiahoupo decoction on contents of honokiol and magnololin and to analysis the internal relationship of its antidepresant compositions.Method:The HPLC method was used to determine honokiol and magnolol contents in water extracts of Banxiahoupo decoction and its principal,assistant,complement,guide compatibility.Results:One of the Assistants-Indian Bread enhanced the contents of honokiol and magnolol in principal and assistant compatibility,while the effects of other Complement Fresh Ginger were less than that of Indian Bread.The guide-Perilla Leat produced no significant effects on honokiol and magnolol contents in prineipal and assistant compatibility.The contents of honokiol and magnolol would be significantly decreased when any of the complement and guide drugs was missing in principal,assistant,complement,guide compatibility of Banxiahoupo decoction.Conclusion:These findings suggested that there was an internal relationship between principal,assistant,complement,guide compatibility of Banxiahoupo decoction and its antidepressant composition changes.

Abstract: Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of four active components from traditional herbs including tetramethylpyrazine,puerarin,tanshinone Ⅱ_A and paeonol on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of vascular adventitial fibroblasts(VAF) induced by angiotensin Ⅱ(ANG-Ⅱ).Methods:MTT assay was used for observing cell proliferation,and hydroxyproline chromatometry was used for detecting collagen synthesis.Results:These four herbs significantly decreased the proliferation rate and the amount of hydroxyproline of VAF components from respectively.Conclusions:Tetramethylpyrazine,puerarin,tanshinone Ⅱ_A and paeonol could decrease the proliferation and collagen synthesis of VAF.

Abstract: Objective:To study the antiasthmatic,antitussive,and expectorant effects of Suhuangzhike granules.Method:Using the asthma model induced by acetylcholine and histamine mixture,antigen challenging(ovalbumin)and guinea pig' isolated trachea strip test the antiasthmatic effect was evaluated;using the cough model induced by ammonia,citric acid in mice,the antitussive effect was studied;phenol red test was used to observe the expectorant effect in mice.Result:Suhuangzhike granules could significantly prolong the latent period of twitch of guinea pig caused by acetylcholine and histamine,markedly decrease the number of leucocyte in perfusate of trachea and lung;and the degranulation rate of labrocyte in peritoneal fluid of guinea pig challenged by antigen,significantly decrease the tension of smooth muscle of trachea,significantly prolong the latent period of cough and decrease the frequency of cough induced by citric acid in guinea pig,significantly inhibit the cough induced by ammonia in mice,and increase phenol red excretion of trachea quantity in mice.Conclusion:Suhuangzhike granules has antitussive,antiasthmatic and expectorant actions.

Methods:By Using homogeneous-improvement method to evaluate the guideline of pharmacodynamics. And discuss best compatibility and the best dose of the prescription. Results:Dose match group 6 and theoretics group 1 have the best pharmacodynamic action. theoretics group 1 is recommended to explore new medicine because it has more simple configuration. Conclusion:It is fensible to use this method to optimise prescription, because it combines the method of reduce the complex prescription and the method of best dose match.

Abstract: Objective:To explore the effects and mechanisms of Si-miao Decoction on gouty arthritis induced by MSU in rabbits.Methods:Si-miao Decoction and colchicine were orally administrated for 7 or 4 days.Acute gouty arthritis model of rabbits was induced by MSU suspension intraarticular injection.After MSU injection for 5 hours,synovia of each rabbit was collected to do leukocyte count.Meanwhile,relevant cytokines levels in synovia of each group were measured.Histopathologic examination of knee joint and surrounding soft tissue of each rabbit was also performed.Results:Si-miao Decoction 12 g·kg~(-1) and 6 g·kg~(-1) could significantly decrease the leukocyte quantity and the levels of TNF-α,PGE_2,IL-1β and IL-8 in synovia of model rabbits,as well as ameliorating edema and inflammatory cell and inflammatory cell infiltration in knee joint of model rabbits.Conclusions:Si-maio Decoction could obviously alleviate symptoms of acute gouty arthritis induced by MSU in rabbits.Mechanisms may lie in inhibiting leukocyte activation,chemotaxis,and decreasing cytokines levels in synovia.

Abstract: Objective:To explore the mechanism of the anti-tumor effect of Aidi Injection.Methods:Human lung squamous cell carcinoma xenografts were transplanted into 30 nude mice.Mice were randomLy divided into 3 groups:The Aidi Injection group received Aidi Injection(12 g·kg~(-1),0.2 mL,peritoneal injection) every day for 20 days,the chemotherapy group received DDP(1 mg·kg~(-1),0.2 mL peritoneal injection) every day for 7 days,and the control group received normal sodium(0.2 mL peritoneal injection) every day for 20 days.They were sacrificed afterwards and their tumors were processed for histological examination.The weights of the tumors were measured,the vessel density of the tumor and the expression of VEGF in tumors were detected using immunohistochemical method.Results:The cancer inhibition rates of Aidi Injection and DDP are 45.6% and 78.3% accordingly.In the Aidi Injection group,the vessel density of the tumor and the expression of VEGF in tumors decreased.In the DDP group,the vessel density of the tumor decreased,while the expression of VEGF in tumors increased.Conclusion: Aidi Injection can inhibit the expression of VEGF in tumor and decrease the vessel density of the tumor.
