Tinjauan Faktor Penyebab Klaim BPJS Kesehatan Rawat Inap Tertunda di RSUD Tarakan

Abstract: Kegiatan pembiayaan di RSUD Tarakan didominasi oleh Peserta BPJS Kesehatan, pada pengajuan klaim pasien peserta BPJS Kesehatan masih ditemukan adanya keterlambatan pada pengajuan klaim dampaknya kegiatan operasional rumah sakit akan terhambat yang berhubungan mengenai ketersediaan obat, pengadaan alat medis serta pembayaran insentif kinerja pegawai bisa terhambat. Maksud kajian ini dilaksanakan guna mengetahui faktor klaim tertunda karena dikembalikan oleh BPJS Kesehatan di RSUD Tarakan. Kajian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang dipakai adalah berkas klaim yang bersumber dari rawat inap tertunda dengan status sudah dikembalikan oleh BPJS Kesehatan pada bulan Mei-November 2021. Variabel yang dipakai pada kajian adalah jumlah berkas klaim tertunda, alasan faktor pemicu klaim BPJS Kesehatan tertunda tersebut. Hasil kajian ini mendapati sejumlah 532 berkas klaim rawat inap yang dikembalikan. Didapatkan alasan faktor yang tertunda sebab tidak lolos verifikasi administrasi pelayanan dan verifikasi pelayanan kesehatan lainnya. Faktor utama pemicu tidak lolos verifikasi adalah sebab ketidakjelian dari petugas pemberkasan dan adanya perbedaan sudut pandang mengenai kode diagnosa antara RSUD Tarakan dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Hasil kajian ini bisa dijadikan bahan acuan bagi RSUD Tarakan untuk membenahi pelaksanaan sistem pemberkasan klaim pasien BPJS Kesehatan agar meminimalisirkan jumlah berkas klaim yang dikembalikan oleh pihak BPJS Kesehatan.

Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam melalui Metode Pembiasaan Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

Abstract: Education is an important part of human life, education (especially Islam) with its various patterns is oriented towards providing provision for humans (students) to achieve happiness in the world and the hereafter. Religious education is God's command and is a manifestation of worship to Him. This theory attaches great importance to the input in the form of a stimulus and the output of the hadith in the form of a response. In the learning process this input can be in the form of props, pictures, or certain ways to help the learning process. This study aims to describe what Islamic religious education values ​​are internalized. The results of this study in applying the values ​​of Islamic Religious Education to students of MI Al-Hidayah and MI An-Nur Bandung Regency using the habituation method is considered quite good and effective. The use of this habituation method is carried out in the classroom through the Islamic Religious Education material being taught. While outside the classroom the students are accustomed to praying in congregation, praying dhuha and having good morals. In its implementation, it still requires personal awareness of praying in congregation, praying dhuha and having good morals. In its implementation, students still need personal awareness with guidance and supervision by teachers and parents at home.

Evaluasi Program Sertifikasi Kompetensi Kerja Keahlian OTKP SMK Negeri 45 Jakarta

Abstract: SMK Negeri 45 Jakarta merupakan salah satu yang telah memiliki Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Pertama atau LSP – P1 yang dibuktikannya dengan adanya lisensi dari BNSP. Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Pertama atau LSP, sangatlah penting dalam mengeluarkan Sertifikasi Kompetensi Kerja. Sertifikasi Kompetensi Kerja itulah yang akan mempengaruhi hasil peserta didik kedepannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program sertifikasi kompetensi kerja KKNI level II pada siswa kompetensi keahlian otomatisasi dan tata Kelola perkantoran. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di SMK Negeri 45 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan Metode Evaluasi CIPP. Metode CIPP berfokus kepada Context yaitu landasan hukum, visi misi dan tujuan, Input yaitu peserta didik, pendidik, sarana dan prasarana, pembiayaan, kurikulum dan juga asesor, Process yaitu pendaftaran, pra-assessment, dan assessment serta Product meliputi pelaporan hasil. Program ini berdampak positif dalam skill peserta sertifikasi kompetensi kerja di SMK Negeri 45 Jakarta.

Efektifitas Crossword Puzzle Braille Untuk Meningkatkan Penguasaan Kosakata Bahasa Inggris Pada Siswa Tunanetra Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Batam

Abstract: The State Special School Batam is a state school for elementary school to high school for people with disabilities, which is located in the center of Batam city. In the teaching and learning process, English is not included in the curriculum and certainly not used as a compulsory subject. This is caused by the lack of teaching staff's number, especially the blind teaching staff, lack of facilities, and lack of motivation from the students themselves. In fact, students with special disabilities are also entitled to receive the same teaching regarding to language skills. Therefore, the researcher provides a solution in the form of using Crossword Puzzle Braille as a medium to learn vocabulary in English. Crossword Puzzle Braille is a Braille-based crossword puzzle game intended for students with visual impairments. By combining the play and learn elements, it is hoped that students will be more interested in learning. The researcher conducted a pretest and posttest by giving a questionnaire containing 6 indicators; Days of a week, Family members, Basic Color, Body Part, Animals, and Number 1 to 10. The results of the comparison of pretest and posttest showed a significant increase. The pretest result showed 15% and the posttest result after 1 month of learning process using Crossword Puzzle Braille showed 48.17%. This shows that Crossword Puzzle Braille is effective for improving vocabulary mastery of blind students at The State Special School of Batam.

Gambaran Kualitas Tidur Pada Lansia Dengan Hipertensi: Literature Review

Abstract: Populasi orang berusia di atas 65 tahun di dunia sekarang sekitar 617 juta orang. Angka tersebut setara dengan 8,5 persen dari jumlah seluruh penduduk. Peneliti memilih literature review sebagai metode penelitian dalam tulisan ini. Database yang digunakan dalam literature review ini antara lain Google Scholar dan PubMed. Dari 5 artikel menggambarkan bahwa lansia dengan hipertensi lebih banyak ditemukan pada usia ≥60 tahun dan berjenis kelamin perempuan. Mayoritas responden dari kelima jurnal memiliki tekanan darah pada derajat satu (140-159/90- 99 mmHg). Lansia dengan hipertensi memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas tidur itu buruk, yaitu seperti durasi tidur dan latensi tidur yang kurang.

Abstract: Early Childhood Education (ECE) is the level of education before the level of basic education which is an effort of guidance that is shown for children aged 0-6 years which is done through providing educational stimuli, to help the growth and development of physical and spiritual so that children have readiness in entering further education. Speaking is closely related to language development which is acquired by children through listening, listening, and storytelling activities. Children can speak well because they have sufficient language vocabulary, and are able to express it. Language development in children is carried out by using learning media as a supporting tool. In line with the previous opinion Hadders-Algra said that, through media, early childhood will be easier to present abstract understanding into a more concrete understanding. That way, learning media is one of the most important parts of the learning process because it can facilitate limited understanding. Therefore, based on the problems and obstacles that exist in the field, the researchers tried to solve the problem by developing picture storybook media. The purpose of this study is to invite teachers/educators to motivate children to speak through storybook reading activities. The goal to be achieved in this study is that teachers/educators can create and express ideas in making a children's story based on existing themes. In this study, the research method of developing picture storybook media, using the ADDIE development model developed by Cennamo, Abell & Chung, that the development procedure starts from the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate stages. Meanwhile, according to Sezer et al, states that the ADDIE model is the system approach implies an analysis of how the components of all phases. This opinion can be interpreted that the ADDIE model is an approach that emphasizes an analysis of how each component interacts with each other in coordination with the existing phases. This research was conducted in several PAUDs in the DKI Jakarta area.

The Development of Learning Media “Adobe Animate” In Hydrocarbon Material

Abstract: Research had been carried out to develop a learning media using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model with the aims to find out the media feasibility in the hydrocarbon material. This research only carried out three stages of ADDIE model namely up to the development stage. The research samples in the research are lecturers of Universitas Negeri Medan, chemistry teachers of SMAN 7 Medan, and information and technology (IT) experts. The samples become the media validator for this research. There are 3 validators that had validated the media, consist of 1 expert lecturer, 1 chemistry teacher, and 1 IT expert. The results showed that learning media validation results based on BSNP, the average content eligibility is 4.67, language eligibility is 4.67, presentation eligibility is 4.73, graphic eligibility is 4.73, with an average of 4.68; it means that the learning media developed is feasible to use based on the BSNP standard criteria.

Terapi Bermain : Mewarnai Dengan Tingkat Kooperatif Anak Prasekolah Akibat Hospitalisasi : Literature Review

Abstract: Introduction : Coloring is a skill to give color with various media. Coloring is an intervention that can suppress anxiety, stress, and uncooperative attitudes in children. In coloring activities, children are given the opportunity to express, increase creativity, train self-confidence and fine motor skills. Objective: To compare research articles and journals whether coloring therapy has an effect on the cooperative level of preschool children due to hospitalization. Methods: This literature review uses a literature review design, a systematic, explicit and reproducible method for identifying, evaluating and synthesizing research works and ideas that have been produced by researchers and practitioners. The literature review aims to analyze and synthesize existing knowledge related to the topic to be studied to find empty space for research to be carried out. Results: Of the 20 journals analyzed, almost all of them showed that coloring therapy can suppress uncooperative attitudes in preschool children due to hospitalization. Suggestion: Using coloring therapy as an action in increasing the level of cooperation in preschool children due to hospitalization.

The Effect of the Global Stock Index On the Joint Stock Price Index (JCI) In The Indonesia Stock Exchange, 2015 – 2019

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the impact of the global index, are the Dow Jones Index (DJIA), Nikkei 225(N225), Shanghai Composite Indеx Composite (SSEC) and Singapore Straits Times (STI) Against the Jakarta Composite Index (JKSE) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative research. This study takes all the time series data listed on the Dow Jones Index, Nikkei 225 Index, Shanghai Stock Composite Іndеx, Singapore Straits Times Index, and the Jakarta Composite Index (JKSE) for the period January 2015 to December 2019. The research sample used was 60 samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results show the Dow Jones Index, Nikkei 225 Index, Shanghai Composite Еxchange Composite Іndеx, Singapore Straits Times Index, Financial Times Stock Exchange 100 and the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index associated simultaneously with the Jakarta Composite Index (JKSE). The Dow Jones Index has a significant effect on the positive direction of the Jakarta Composite Index (JKSE), The Nikkei 225 index has a significant effect on the negative direction of the Jakarta Composite Index (JKSE), Kuala Lumpur Composite Index 100 has a significant on the positive direction of the Jakarta Composite Index. Shanghai Stock Index Composite Index Singapore Strait Times Index and Financial Times Stock Exchange have no effect on the Jakarta Composite Index (JKSE).

Hubungan Antara Efektivitas Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Dengan Produktivitas Karyawan

Abstract: Tujuan Studi ini menentukan hubungan antara efektivitas manajemen K3 dan produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan teknologi analisis regresi untuk menghitung hubungan fungsional antara efektivitas manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan produktivitas karyawan, diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu Y= 29,869 + 0,532X1. Hasil persamaan regresi diperoleh nilai konstanta sebesar 29,896 menyatakan bahwa jika tidak ada efektivitas manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja maka produktivitas karyawan bernilai 29,896 satu satuan nilai. Koefisien regresi sebesar 0,532 menyatakan bahwa setiap kenaikan atau tambahan (karena tanda +) satu satuan efektivitas manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja maka akan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan sebesar 0,532 satu satuan nilai. Artinya variabel efektivitas manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi produktivitas karyawan. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa Terdapat hubungan positif, sangat signifikan dan bertaraf sedang antara efektivitas manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan produktivitas karyawan.

Metode Analisis Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) dalam Darah, Plasma, Dan Serum Manusia

Abstract: Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) is one of the drugs most often prescribed to patients, ranging from children to the elderly, as a pain reliever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. Paracetamol has a broad therapeutic index with an adult dose of 500-1000 mg each time, with an interval of 4-6 hours. The review article aims to compare the analysis and sample preparation methods used to detect paracetamol in human blood, plasma, and serum. In compiling this article, the search method for research journals via the internet was used with Google. The results obtained showed that the detection of paracetamol in blood and serum was analyzed using the Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) with SPE (Solid Phase Extraction) sample preparation method while in plasma it was analyzed using several methods, namely Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-MS), and Ultra-High-Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (UHPLC-MS) with protein precipitation and liquid-liquid extraction sample preparation methods. Dinasti Fatimiyyah: Sejarah dan Perkembangan Peradaban Islam Di Mesir

Abstract: Sejarah peradaban Islam mencatat bahwa Dinasti Fatimiyah sebagai salah satu dinasti Islam pada abad ke-10 telah mencapai prestasi gemilang dalam sejarah peradaban Islam. Awal terbentuknya dinasti Fatimiyyah yang didirikan oleh Ubaidillah al-Mahdi tercatat berkuasa pada tahun 909 Masehi, sampai masa runtuhnya yakni tahun 1171 Masehi. Munculnya Dinasti Fatimiyah, Dinasti Syi'ah dalam Islam dan peran antagonisnya dengan penguasa dunia Islam saat itu, yaitu Dinasti Abbasiyah di Baghdad (Timur Tengah) dan Dinasti Umayyah di Spanyol, merupakan fenomena yang patut diketahui umat Islam. Demikian pula keberhasilannya dalam mengembangkan kehidupan masyarakat dan sistem administrasi, pengetahuan, seni dan arsitektur, serta kemerosotannya dan penyebabnya. Pengaruh Zpt Sintetik Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Bayam (Amaranthus)

Abstract: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan produksi bayam merah dengan pemberian kombinasi antara pupuk kandang dan ZPT giberelin. Penelitian ini menggunakan percobaan monofaktor dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah T0 (kontrol), T1 (GA3 100 ppm dan pupuk kandang sapi 6.250 kg/ha), T2 (GA3 200 ppm dan pupuk kandang sapi 12.500 kg/ha), T3 (GA3 300 ppm dan pupuk kandang sapi 18.750 kg/ha) . Parameter yang diamati tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, berat basah dan berat kering. Data diolah dengan analisis ragam dan uji lanjut dengan Uji Jarak Ganda Duncan. Pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman terbaik adalah pada perlakuan 18.750 kg/ha pupuk kandang sapi dan 300 ppm giberelin. Jumlah daun terbanyak pada perlakuan 18.750 kg/ha pupuk kandang sapi dan 300 ppm giberelin giberelin. Luas daun, berat basah, dan berat kering terbaik pada perlakuan 718.750 kg/ha pupuk kandang sapi dan 300 ppm giberelin. Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang dan giberelin meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman (tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun), serta produksi tanaman (berat basah dan berat kering) bayam.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Imunisasi di Poliklinik Anak RS Bhayangkara TK I Pusdokkes POLRI

Abstract: According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2018 there were around 20 million children in the world who didn’t get complete immunization, some even didn’t get immunized. In fact, obtaining community immunity (herd immunity) requires high immunization coverage (at least 95%) and is evenly distributed. Therefore, at this time to support the government's program in implementing child immunization, the concentration is needed by all health service facilities, as well as at Bhayangkara TK I Pusdokkes Polri Hospital as a military and police hospital which is assigned the task of supporting the program. For this reason, Bhayangkara TK I Pusdokkes Polri Hospital built an information system, particularly in the children's polyclinic to support and facilitate the implementation of child immunization. to develop this software using SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) modeling. With this information system, it is hoped that it will assist in the availability of valid and transparent information for the community, especially parents, and officers to facilitate data management regarding immunization such as determining doctor's schedules, reporting, and printing children's immunization certificates.

Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana penerapan good governance dalam menjalankan fungsi Keterbukaan Informasi Publik di Sekretariat DPRK Nagan Raya. Penelitian dilakukan di ruang lingkup kantor DPRK di Kabupaten Nagan Raya. peneliti yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Sekretariat DPRK Nagan Raya telah melaksanakan penyampaian informasi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, dimana informasi yang dipublikasikan harus mudah diakses di biaya murah namun walaupun terbilang sukses, dapat dikatakan upaya yang dilakukan masih belum maksimal dalam melaksanakannya.

Hubungan Faktor Lingkungan Fisik Dengan Kualitas Hidup Penderita Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that can affect the quality of life. One of the factors that affect the quality of life is the physical environment, such as temperature, light, and distance from the house to the road. This study aims to analyze the relationship between temperature, light, and house with the road on the quality of life of people with DM. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 117 people using a purposive sampling technique. It was conducted using the WHOQoL-BREF questionnaire, temperature observations with a thermohygrometer, light using a luxmeter, and the distance from house to road using a roll meter. The strength of the correlation between variables was analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Results: There was a significant relationship between bedroom temperature (p= 0.000), bedroom light (p= 0.004), family room temperature (p= 0.000), family room light (p= 0.005), and distance from house to house. roads (p = 0.000) = 0.018) with the quality of life of DM patients. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the bedroom temperature, bedroom light, family room temperature, family room light, and distance from the house to the road are not eligible can affect the quality of life of people with DM. It is recommended for the community to be able to maintain, adjust, and optimize the physical environment.

Peningkatan Nilai Ekonomi Melalui Pemanfaatan Limbah Rumah Tangga di Kelurahan Lion Tondok Iring

Abstract: This community service aims to increase economic value through the utilization of household waste in Tondok Iring Village, Makale Utara District, Tana Toraja Regency. This activity was carried out by a team of lecturers from the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, UKI Toraja. The processing of household waste by applying 3 (three) principles namely reduce (reduce), reuse (reuse) and recycle (recycle). The basis of this activity is so that the people of Tondok iring village can process and utilize household waste into a creative product with economic value. Abstract: This study aims to help stakeholders who use manual bookkeeping and introduce simple accounting as a planning concept in the future with Excel tools as program assistants. This study uses a research design. Analysis is used for system development in business processes, problem identification, and information needs analysis. The results achieved are the concept of recording purchases, receivables and cash disbursements to overcome the problems that exist in the company. The conclusion of the study is that the use of the Excel program can accelerate the financial process and minimize efficiency as well as the basis for further accounting programming as a planning tool in companies. Accounting is applied to basically all aspects of strategic management, so that accounting functions as a tool in strategic management.

Pelatihan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif (Cooperative Learning) Bagi Tutor Paud Pada Masa Pandemi di Kecamatan Cipayung Jakarta Timur

Abstract: PAUD teachers during a pandemic have potential environmental support that can be useful for Cooperative Learning. However, PAUD teachers during the pandemic have not been able to understand the concept of Cooperative Learning nor have they been able to properly contain the concept of Cooperative Learning and have difficulties in implementing it. Based on this condition, the implementation of Community Service (P2M) is in the form of learning training using Cooperative Learning. This activity is in the form of training with methods used online, semi-workshops and practical in this P2M activity, PAUD tutors are given understanding, training and assistance regarding Cooperative Learning aimed at increasing understanding and application of Cooperative Learning in learning. The expected result after this training is that there is a significant change in the learning competence of PAUD teachers by showing an increase in teachers' understanding of Cooperative Learning, as well as an increase in skills in learning using Cooperative Learning.

Efektivitas Twitter Sebagai Media Speak Up Korban Kekerasan Berbasis Gender

Abstract: Victims of gender-based violence got a significant increase each year, it can even double from the previous year. Cases of gender-based violence are often difficult to solve, due to the lack of reports and witnesses, especially from the victims themselves. It is not easy to express or speak up about incidents that have been experienced by victims of gender-based violence. Often victims are silenced and unable to express their psychological condition. However, there is a free voice media, namely social media, one of which is Twitter. In that media, many victims of gender-based violence expressed what they experienced, and received support and there was no silence. With this, the researcher conducted a research on the effectiveness of Twitter as a media to speak up, especially for victims of gender-based violence who often feel silenced. Researchers use quantitative methods to obtain objective data and generate generalizable arguments whether effective or not. The result of this study is that Twitter is effective as a medium for Speak Up victims of gender-based violence.

Abstract: This study aims to provide information about the factors that affect the company's market value. In this research, the writer examines "The Influence of Inventory Value, Profit Margin, Inventory Cost Flow Method and Return On Equity on Market Value". The object used in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2021. It is known that the number of companies in the food and beverage sub-sector is 26 companies, by looking at the predetermined criteria there are 15 companies that are suitable to be used as samples. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.

Hubungan Kualitas Tidur dengan Interpretasi Cold Pressor Test (CPT) pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malikussaleh

Abstract: High blood pressure cannot be judged as a mild disease. Hypertension often appears without symptoms so it is often called the "silent killer". Knowing the potential for hypertension early will reduce the risk of hypertension later in life. Cold Pressor Test (CPT) has the potential as an assessment in predicting the incidence of hypertension in the future. One of the factors that cause blood pressure is sleep quality. This study intends to examine the correlation of sleep quality with the interpretation of the Cold Pressor Test (CPT) on students of the Malikussaleh University Medical Study Program. This study used a cross-sectional quantitative research design with stratified random sampling technique, with a total of 195 respondents who met the requirements for inclusion and exclusion. The PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) questionnaire was used to assess sleep quality and CPT was used as a predictor of hypertension risk. The results showed that the majority of respondents had good sleep quality (53.3%) and with the Cold Pressor Test (CPT) interpretation on normoreactor criteria (40.5%). Statistical tests using Rank Spearman showed a strong relationship between sleep quality and the interpretation value of the Cold Pressor Test (CPT) (r = + 0.691 and p-value = 0.000). The conclusion of this study is that the worse a person's sleep quality is, the worse the interpretation of the Cold Pressor Test will be.

Perbedaan Kuantitas Lakrimal Sebelum dan Sesudah menggunakan Komputer pada Pekerja PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Kota Lhokseumawe menggunakan Uji Schirmer I

Abstract: The use of computers continues to increase over time and has become a daily necessity. In line with this, dry eye complaints often arise from workers who use computers. The decrease in the production of tear secretion is closely related to the use of computers for a long time, where the longer the duration of use, the lower the frequency of blinking which results in an increase in tear evaporation, so the eyes will become dry and uncomfortable. This study intends to see the difference in lacrimal quantity before and after using the computer at PT. Indonesian Islamic Bank in Lhokseumawe City. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental) research design in the form of a pretest-posttest control one group design and uses primary data taken through the examination of the Schirmer I test to 31 respondents. The results showed that 22 respondents (71%) had decreased tear secretion, 2 respondents (6.5%) had increased secretions, and 7 respondents (22.6%) had constant secretions. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon alternative test with the results obtained a significant value of 0.002 (p<0.05), so statistically there is a statistically significant difference in the mean of tear secretion with the Schirmer I test in PT. Indonesian Islamic Bank in Lhokseumawe City. The conclusion of this study is that there are differences in the quantity of lacrimal before and after using the computer at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia in Lhokseumawe City uses the Schirmer I . test.
