Abstract: Effects of microwave and high temperature-short time steam on polyphenol oxidase activity (PPO) and ascorbic acid content of Agaricus bisporus were studied in this paper. Through the single-factor experiment of microwave intensity (w/g),microwave processing time (t1),steam strength (Pa/g),steam treatment time (t2),orthogonal test was designed. With the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of effects of PPO inactivation and ascorbic acid content,the optimum condition was determined:microwave intensity 5.656 w / g,microwave processing time (t1) 120s,steam intensity 2.69 Pa / g,steam treatment time (t2) 80s ,which got the highest evaluation score. Then we did a comparative study among the optimal results of combined with the microwave and high-temperature steam blanching,results of hot water blanching,results of single microwave and results of single high-temperature steam blanching,which reflected that the way of combined with microwave and high temperature steam combined with had advantages.

Abstract: Aiming at the shortage of intermission of wood solar drying,and large thermal storage volume and low thermal efficiency of traditional solar storage using concrete,natural zeolite,the theory design about mobile latent heat storage wood solar dryers was finished and a device was completed.The device mainly included heat-pipe vacuum solar air collector system,paraffin latent heat storage system,drying system,automatic control system.The design provides a theoretical basis for the research of latent heat storage solar dryers and more importantly,the rule of subsequent experiment would provide guidance for further development of solar drying technological research and industrial application.

Abstract: Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla was one kind of typical difficult seasoned wood.Drying is the key of lumber use.The test take the small diameter logs of Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla Plantation which were collected from Heyuan Guangdong Province as materials,make the drying schedule with 100℃test method,and do the preliminary study on Drying Technology of Fan-shaped Saw Timber of Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla.The drying quality is good while the drying period is long in the low temperature drying experiment. Discovered in the fan-shaped saw timber drying test that the fan-shaped saw timber can avoid the horizontal curved distortion.In the similar guarantee dry quality's situation,it reduces nearly 1/3 drying period compared to the plate.The dry quality is good.It does not have obviously drying defects.The moisture content finally achieves certain standard.It has the good prospects for development.

Abstract: An investigation was undertaken of the moisture effective diffusivity from porous albumin containing paste particles in a vibrofluidized bed dryer and a mathematical model based on Fick's second diffusion equation was established to evaluate the effective diffusivity as a function of moisture content,bulk porosity and temperature.The results indicated that the influences of the particle moisture concentration and pore structure on the diffusivity are significant and they shouldn't been neglected during thermal drying of some biomaterials whose external resistance to mass transfer in general is small enough,especially when drying with high air velocity,to consider their moisture transport is governed by diffusion only.
