TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper investigated 115 Shanghai preschool educators about including special children in regular class (inclusive education) through questionnaires and interviews and found that educators in semi-inclusive kindergartens hold most positive attitude towards inclusive education but they tend to hold lower opinion about special children than those in special kindergarten.
Abstract: The author investigated 115 Shanghai preschool educators about including special children in regular class (inclusive education) through questionnaires and interviews. The results show that educators in semi-inclusive kindergartens hold most positive attitude towards inclusive education but they tend to hold lower opinion about special children than those in special kindergartens while educators in non-inclusive kindergartens are more likely to accept inclusive education and express more urgent need of professional knowledge and skills compared with those in full-inclusive ones. Among educators of different positions, administrators hold the positive perception to inclusion while care-givers are more apt to accept inclusion and more confident to care special children than teachers. The study indicates that knowledge of inclusion is of great importance for further development of preschool special education in Shanghai.

Abstract: Based on the issue of "How do preschool students learn to read and write", this article explores two features in the acquisition of literacy in early childhood which refers to "early phrases" and "foundation laying". Literacy development in early phrases performs as authenticity of learning situations, indirect learning objectives, interactivity and creativity in learning process and experience in learning outcome. The principle of early literacy education is to create authentic and meaningful situations, and its strategies are the integration of literacy learning with learning in other fields, the combination of daily literacy leaning and specific literacy learning, the association of oral learning and literacy language learning. [

Abstract: In China, currently, opinions vary significantly on the contents, causes of cultural security, and policymaking. There exist three kinds of misunderstandings of cultural security: misunderstand of the exchange between local culture and foreign cultures, misunderstanding of the changes of main stream cultural value, and misunderstanding of the relativity and concomitance of cultural security. The misunderstanding of cultural security will result in the narrow cultural nationalism. From the view of the value of children education, multi cultural education is an effective measure to guarantee the security of culture. [

Abstract: This thesis reveals the difference of the methods and ideas of early childhood education between China and U.S.A, and it also analyzes the difference from the cultural angle. On the basis of the analysis, the author introspects on the practice of children's maths education according to the cultural difference, and he thinks that the present educational reform on maths should absorb some active elements from western educational ideas while, at the same time, keeping the cultural characteristics of our own and this is a long and complicated process.
