Abstract: Being the most beautiful among ten Chinese caves,the huge size and spectacular morphology of Zhijin cave turns out to be an appeal to travelers from home and abroad for its beauty and uniqueness.However,great changes have taken place with the development of tourism,due to the damage in different degrees in the cave environment.Therefore,regular environmental monitoring of Zhijin cave becomes necessary to protect its karst landscape and offer a wonderful landscape for tourists.Based on the data of 3-year position monitoring and integrated with monitoring data in history,the research has analyzed changing laws and influencing factors of the cave environment to support theoretical evidence for protection of the cave landscape.

Abstract: In order to study potential harm of Fludioxonil to human body and environment,Daphnia magna Selenastrum capricorntum and Eisenia foetida were selected for biological toxicity test.The test showed that,respectively,the48 h-EC 50 with test substance Fludioxonil was 0.55 mg /L to Daphnia magna and the 95 % confidence limit was0.45 ~ 0.77 mg /L;the 72 h-EC 50 with test substance Fludioxonil was 0.66 mg /L to Pseudokirchneriella subcapititata and the 95 % confidence limit was 0.62 ~ 0.74 mg /L;and the 14 d-LC50 with test substance Fludioxonil was 10 mg ai /kgdry soilto earthworm.According to the classification standards of pesticide,the toxicity of Fludioxonil was high to Daphnia magna,medium to Selenastrum capricorntum and low to Eisenia foetida.The toxicity of Fludioxonil was not the same to different species so that it must be careful for production and application.
