Effect of foliar application of boron on crop growth and yield of pigeonpea (Cajanus cajan (L.). Millspaugh)

Abstract: Seeds of pigeonpea (Cajanus cajan L. Millspaugh) cv. LRG 30 were obtained from Millet Research Station, Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University, Vizianagaram. The experiments were carried out at the Experimental Farm of Botany Department, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. Seeds of pigeonpea were sown 4 cm deep in plots of 10m x 10m with a spacing of 75 cm between the rows and 50 cm between the plants, within a row.
