Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ZY-800KB mode inhibition zone measures.Methods Antimicrobial susceptibility test was detected by disk-diffusion method recommended by CLSI/ NCCLS,inhibition zones were measured by inhibition zone measures and vernier caliper respectively.The consistency of antimicrobial susceptibility test results and time consumption of two methods were compared.Results A total of 8889 inhibition zones of 809 stains common pathogenic bacteria were measured by inhibition zone measures and vernier caliper at the same time,the consistency of antimicrobial susceptibility test results reported by two methods was 99.9%(8881/8889),only 8 cases minor error occurred.There was a good consistency between common antibiotics' inhibition zone diameter values of quality control strains measured by inhibition zone measures and that of vernier caliper,the difference value of 95.8% results were no more than 1mm,and the maximum difference value was no more than 2mm.Less time was cost in the courses of inhibition zone measuring,report issuing and logging in WHO NET database by inhibition zone measures than handiwork.Conclusions ZY-800KB inhibition zone measures have a good consistency with vernier caliper in inhibition zone measuring,and it can enhance work efficiency remarkably.

Abstract: Objective To establish a three-dimensional finite element model of man proximal femur as a foundation of finite element analysis later,which is absolutely obedience to the true anatomical structure in geometry.Methods Proximal femur in vivo as specimen.was used to obtain the CT images,and the 3D-doctor software was used to reconstruct the 3D model to obtain the three-dimensional coordinates of proximal femur which were imported to the Cosmos/M software of finite element analysis.After determining property parameter of materials and meshing,an intact three-dimensional finite element model of proximal femur was set up.Results The established three-dimensional finite element model shows that both the geometry shape and reduction of material character are ideal,the size of meshes can be freely adjusted to some extent to meet researchers' demands.Conclusion It is a reliable way to build three-dimensional finite element model with CT scan data,and at the same time the method can be furthest obedience to the individual anatomical structure and modify the complicated geometry figure more accurately.
